I ordered for Rayban Aviator Green Dark Sunglasses on 23.01.2017 but got delivered on 31.01.2017. Delivery is too late but its ok. But got a fake product... its totally different from which has been displayed in website. Totally fake duplicate ray ban sunglass. I advise others not to purchase any product from this website.

I ordered for adidas energy booster red black shoes size 7 of rs.2699+30/- delivery charges+59/- cod but instead of size uk 7 i received size uk 7.5. After that when i called the the customer care they said refund will be made after deduction of rs.300 of the total amount rs.2788 i. E. 2488/- into the bank account. I agreed for that also and i gave the bank detail of my wife after that they refunded my money but into the wallet not into the bank account. Now i ordered for some other pair of shoes of rs.2399 so that i should use my wallet money but now they are not giving response. They are really harassing a lot. I made so many calls also but no response.
So requesting you to please resolve my problem.

I have ordered for 02 in number samsung battery chargers vide above order number. But i received only 01 charger in place of 02 nos through bludart courier. Upon contacting the merchant over the customer care no: +91 [protected] and through e-mail there are no proper response available from this merchant. Each time i call the merchant they repeat the same answer as the shipment was made for 02nos. If they shipped 02 chargers then how i receive only 01 item instead of 02. The bluedart courier guy called me 01day before and he was argumental while seeking clarifications on the delivery address. But the item was not delivered on the same day but it was delivered only the next day. It is strange that this merchant is not believing the customer when i pay in advance for the items i order. The amount of trust i have towards an unknown merchant is not reciprocated in the same manner to the customer when he is making a claim for missing item. He even asked for the photographs and i have e-mailed those photographs. Now the merchant is not attending my call. I would request a suitable response from this merchant. Else i am ready to return the item and take the refund of my payment.

I have ordered belt and sunglasses vide order no. 40072251, i have received the product but what they have sent is all fake product and also the product what i have ordered is not received by me.. I have raised a complaint to refund the amount with the photos but they are not responding. They are telling they are selling branded product such as rayban and levis, but the product what i have received is fake it is not branded.

My order id is #[protected]beats solo hd s450 wireless bluetooth stereo black headset - oem), which is delivered to me on 23/10/2016, after receiving the product i found that the product is not in working condition, when i tried to return the product from shoppingoutlet website, many times i filled the fomality form for returning the product but never it got submitted.

Order return completed and acknowledged of receipt i. E. Tracking number with partner ecom courier awb#[protected] has also crossed 1 month+. But still refund is not processed

I have been trying to reach shopping outlet for these issues but i cannot connect you through web, mails or phone. Phone keeps disconnecting after ivr and requesting return on your website doesn't seems to be working where mails are bouncing back.

Please note that the products i have received are :
1) fake and cheap rip of
2) the quality of product is inferior
3) frame is too tight and damaged
4) not worth money you spend.

I have requested for a return from past 10 days and there is no response from them, neither you can reach them directly.

Beware of shoppingoutlet.in. All their products are rip off and not original.

Requesting complaint board to please take some immediate actions.

I ordered with shoppingoutlet.in 2 ray-ban glasses on 15.09.16 my order no is #40056303 i received this order on 21.09.16. When i open this i found that they send me duplicate product of ray-ban not original. Than i tried many times for raised a return complaint but return complaint not raised because of this site error. Than saturday i call on give this site contact no [protected] and their representative told me that its original not duplicate but i proof that they not original its totally duplicate copy than their representative told me that they arrange a call back on my no but no one call me till yet now i call them many times on above no but no one pick my call. Please contact with the store owner and return this cheap item and get my money back at the earliest. Please help me with resolving my problem.

I had placed an order for sports shoes with shopping outlet on 23/07/2016 through online and with making full payment. when i inquired about delivery status of my product after @ 07 days from date of order, i was told that due to heavy rain product was not dispatched. after 5 days i. e. on 05/08/2016 again i made an inquiry on customer care number and i was assured that product will be dispatched today and i was given blue dart reference no. when i checked that number on blue dart trekking website, to my surprise, i found message that no such reference number is available. so i again i called on customer care number on 09/08/2016 again received same answer and i was given same reference no. so i again checked it with blue dart trekking website, not to my surprise, i found message that no such reference number is available. hence again i called customer care no. on 13/08/2016 but i was given answer that the server is down so will contact you once it is o. k. i received no call from them so again i booked complain on customer care email id and i got reply on 13/08/2016 it says that we are writing to you regarding your recent purchase with us, due to some stock issue, the shipment would delay for next 2 to 3 days. even after that reply, 10 days has passed i have not received my product. every time i have received different excuses/ reasons for delivery of my product when i inquired about delivery.

I have done payment for beat solo 01 headphone, but when i received and checked this headphone. It's not working properly and it is a third class quality product. Yesterday, i also complaint to ms sana (Customer support) by chat. She said to me, tomorrow morning customer care executive contact to me and resolve my issue, but still no one contact with me. So i request to you. Please help me and resolve my issue for return balance.

On 21 june 2016 i order on this site for adidas shoes and i got delivery on 27th june. but they send me another model not as per my order, so i return the shoes and ask to supply only that shoes which i was order but they don't have that model, s o i request them to return my cash but they are denying to return cash and saying they so send that amount in wallet.

I have ordered nike shoes, which turns out to be fake and duplicate, when i saw the product, i immediately filed a return request, and returned the product .
After that, the product was received by the seller as per delivery site(Return accepted ), i am continuously enquiring about the status but with no success and no reply from them and misguiding and saying they have not received the product.
I want my full refund back within this week ans d them to apologise for taking their customers so lightly and ignoring and misguiding them.

Hi, I ordered apple headphones from a company calling shopping outlet, a retailer on junglee for 1600rs. I cancelled the order an year back as the product was not delivered to me even after 15days.
