[Resolved] Sun Direct — selecting channels in sun direct | |||
I have recently changed to sun direct as they advertised about low pricing, but i was fooled the price was equal to other dish operators.in sun direct if i select a channel i need to watch for 1 month even i selected wrongly. The will charge money for selecting channel and they wont refund if we cancel in-between in a month. Trai has the rule that customers can select channels n number of times, in m personal experience tata sky has following this if we select a channel and cancel it after two days the will charge only for two days. But in sun direct not following those rules and they are charging the whole amount once we select the channel and the don't refund if we cancel. Trai needs to look into this issue and do the needful for users. This needs to be sorted out asap because sun direct is charging consumers without following the rules.
