Complaint about via.com web portal

I tried to make a reservation for dubai to kochi return / sharjah to trivandrum return for dates 02 august 2018 and return on 31 august 2018. It displays a fare but does not allow to complete the reservation. This is happening for the last 10-15 days. If this was a technical glitch it should have been rectified, even today the same fares show up. Don’t know where to contact.

booking errors and doesn't want to refund my money

I was trying to book a last minute flight with via.com and their system sent me a booking that is not confirmed. But not knowing that they have booked me another ticket which i don’t know of and charged me an amount of money. I was asking them to refund as i didn’t get the booking and i didn’t even take the flight. But they kept responding to me with different agents with same questions. And no resolution being given. I have been informed that my booking is cancelled on 14th dec and refund will be process. However, i still haven't receive the refund after 2 weeks. Booking reference are fmnsg103qzbaow and fmnsg103qz8cc0

I have called my local bank for verification and apparently it is via.com still holding the payment and not yet refund. Kindly do the necessary before police report is lodge as i am highly suspect this whole website...

bus ticket not confirmed but amount debited from bank a/c

On 06.12.2017 at about 6-55 p. M i purchased bus ticket from kolkata, w. B to maldah w. B with return journey amounting to rs.1064.88 through your website for manoroma travels bus journey through net banking. But i regret, despite being debited the amount from my bank a/c, no confirmation of booking displayed/received except some error message of faulty transaction.
Therefore, kindly refund back the amount direct to the debited a/c...

udf refund

Have been following up with via.com for the udf refund which the government had declared sometime in july. The airlines were supposed to return the excess udf for the travel bookings done on or prior to 7th of july for travel dates after 7th of july'17. One one hand via.com did not refund the same on their own and insisted on me claiming the same. Thereafter, the mail was sent to via.com on 23rd oct'17 and till date not even a single refund...

horrible fraudulent company

Horrible borderline fraudulent travel company. Would not recommend.

They tried to charge me more money after the booking was complete. I declined and asked for the booking to not be completed. They charged me anyways....

bus booking services and customer support

I have used it to book bus tickets. And the experience was pathetic. Never ever use via.com or you will regret it. I used it to book a bus from goa to pune, india and i booked the ticket one month in advance. Received confirmation, seat no. And all. On the day of journey there was no bus on the stand, i called them and they told me that that bus doesn't run on that route since past few months.

So basically i was standing alone...

hotel denied entry and no response from via.com .

I booked Hotel in Delhi by Via.com, paid for two nights while booking. It was 1.30am I reached hotel and receptionist informed me my booking is cancelled. I tyried to reach all contact numbers of Via given in Email as Emergency numbers but no one received phone.

Then I booked again form same night and paid for once night. But booking is done for next day. I immediately approach Via to cancel this booking and refund for both...
