I have purchased 3 tickets online today morning and charges are also debited from my credit card towards FLIGHT RAJA TRAVEL.
but my son name MOHAMMAD Ibrahim khawer is not correct and the name auto corrected as Mohandas Ibrahim khawer.

PLEASE REFER TO THE ATTACHED TICKET AND MY SOME PASSPORT COPY

I need to correct the name on urgent

      I have recently made my booking with Via.com for flight to Osaka bound from Singapore under Scoot Airline from 14/5/2019 to 21/5/2019[Ref:FMNSG104YU5VOT]. However, Scoot has cancelled their return flight on 21/5/2019 and rescheduled to 22/5/2019. Due to business trip issue, I have contacted Scoot, they have cancelled the whole trip for me and informed me they have refunded to the respective agent (i.e. Via.com). However, to-date I have yet to receive the refund from Via.com and I have tried to reach them through emails and customer support chat. Unfortunately, there is ono respond from them. I am now seeking a full refund from Via.com, which has been refunded by Scoot in full to them.

        I had booked a ticket to travel on from bhubneshwar to mumbai booking id FMNAA32YAV2CS .

        i callled the service centre . After lot of difficulty go thru to an service agent, who gave me a figure of 5700 for rescheduling the flight to 7th June instead of 4th june . I accepted that.

        I was assured a payment link will be sent to my id and i have to pay within 10 minutes as the link expires in 10 minutes.

        i never received a payment link, have tried calling there service center and no reply ...

        pathetic support. loss of money and time due to poor executives hired by the company

          I booked HIMSUTTA AC VOLVO/ SCANIA 2+2 on 3rd June 2019 for 4th june 2019 from Shimla to Dehradun.

          The Departure time was 7:50 Pm on 4th june on tuesday 2019.

          I paid Rs.958 for the tickets.
          After sometime I got mail from via.com that ur booking is cancel due to some technical issues.
          I havent receive my refund till yet.

            Dear madam/sir,

            I requested for cancellation of the above mentioned booking for indigo 6e-6918 scheduled to depart at 7:20am dt 30/05/2019. I have initiated a request for cancellation in via.com app at 4:53am and gave the booking ref. No and pnr no for cancellation at 4:57am today, and got a reply from via.com app chat at 5:41am nearly 1 hour later informing me that cancellation have to be done 2 hours prior to departure.
            I failed to understand why there is this delay.
            The ticket i have booked is a refundable one.
            I want refund. Or else i may go to consumer forum.

              ( Airline PNR BQ832A / VIA REF FMNLA31QAAE8Q ) the ticket was booked on 28 April and cancelled on 29Th April by the airline and the refunds has been processed on same day by true jet, but VIA/ FLIGHTRAJA have not provided us with the refund amount yet, we keep on chasing them but there is no proper feedback on amount, it’s seems that they do these purposely as the airline staff informed us that in many cases they delay the refunds amount as much longer as they can, kindly help me to get my refund back.

Customer service from jet airways said that the money will be totally refunded 100% from the agency i've booked my flight (Via.com).                   Booked a flight from malaysia to united states through via.com, made emails but received delayed replies and mentioning that they have contacted the airline on the cancelation, but i called the airline and they have not received any news from them. My flight is very costly and not obtaining the refund will be a huge blow to me, the flight is in a week time and i till can't cancel the flight. Can anyone help on this matter?

                    Just bought two tickets from singapore to vietnam, total cost was $384.
                    When i was buying the tickets, your application never once stated that there was no check-in baggage. Also, it stated that the tickets were refundable.
                    Now, i have to get a refund because there is no check in baggage allowance but i have pay $340? Does it even make sense? When its your fault that you never state check-in baggage wasnt include? And i can only get $40 refund back?

                      Hi, i have been contacting with via.com sg customer service for few months but i haven’t got the refund to my bank account.
                      They said it will be refunded after 30 business day but after that no one response my email and no refund.

                      And also i tried to call sg cs team but the number on the website is no longer use and also cs head office in india, no response too.

                      It is really bad customer service and make me frustrated.

                      Please help to raise the complaint and refund my ticket of fmnsg204x0jdcm to me. Thanks

                        I had booked round trip flight tickets to kochi to kolkata in the month of march and had to cancel.
                        The tickets amounted to rs. 14577 of which 6000 would be deducted by the airlines and the rest 7977 (After deducting your service charges of rs200/-) has to be reflected in my account. It has been two months almost and the refund has not been done yet.                             Booked ticket to delhi on 10th may 2019 though via.com booking ref fmnaa324fc2cj for 29th june 2019 by indigo. Airline booking ref was cc2ygv. There was some confusion about timing of the flight. When contacted, your customer care staff directed me to contact the airline office. I contacted them and on their advice cancelled the previous booking and re-booked the ticket vide pnr xi4zgw. Rebooking was done with three hours of the first booking. The airline promised me full refund which they did the next day and sent me emails. Till today (16th may) your office has not returned the money to my account. Please see that it is refunded immediately.

                              My booking ref nos - fmnaa30r1750z air india flight on date 15 april 2019 the flight has been cancelled by the airlines and while i contacted the air lines flight statues they informed that they already cancelled ticket and sent the refund to you agent via on that same day but i not yet received refund amount of rs 4968.00/- till date while contacting via customer care they saying please contact air lines for endorsement copy or acknowledgment copy. So take a mean step to refund my money i booked through via web site so they have to take full responsible to arrange my refund.

                                But this was an fake bus i have waited for this from 9.30 to 1200 clk and i contacted the universal bus as they are saying that there is no bus service from chennai to cherthala and forward the tickets to them they said u have been cheated they don't have any bus on this service.
                                I have lost my money and my time and i studied in chennai was not able to catch the train or bus further.
                                Please do the need full and ban this kind of fake online booking site

                                      I have booked two indiho air tickets through VIA portal. Later I had to cancel the tickets. The indigo has already refunded the amount to EBIX (via) on the same day of cancellation. It's been 12days of cancellation, but via has not refunded the amount to me. Their customer care service is so pathetic. Minutes after minutes they will you keep you on hold. After almost 1 hour you get the concerned person, after providing the booking reference again you will be kept on hold and later the phone will be disconnected. Never had such bad experience with any travel agent.

                                        I booked tickets for 1 adult + 2 children on 24.04.19 in air asia flight from guwahati to kuala lumpur via kolkata for 25.05.19. Ticket charges amounting to rs 35736.00 has been deducted from my account but my ticket is yet to be confirmed. On chatting with their customer care they told me taht due to some luggage error they are not able to confirm but did not elaborate what error despite my request.
                                        They gave me a no. To contact but the no. Is not reachable. My further messages are not replied to. My ticket booking reference is: fmnlf31l8jn6j. I want the tickets to be confirmed or refund the money.
