I have purchased 3 tickets online today morning and charges are also debited from my credit card towards FLIGHT RAJA TRAVEL.
but my son name MOHAMMAD Ibrahim khawer is not correct and the name auto corrected as Mohandas Ibrahim khawer.

I have recently made my booking with Via.com for flight to Osaka bound from Singapore under Scoot Airline from 14/5/2019 to 21/5/2019[Ref:FMNSG104YU5VOT]. However, Scoot has cancelled their return flight on 21/5/2019 and rescheduled to 22/5/2019. rescheduling of ticket

I had booked a ticket to travel on from bhubneshwar to mumbai booking id FMNAA32YAV2CS .

i callled the service centre . After lot of difficulty go thru to an service agent, who gave me a figure of 5700 for rescheduling the flight to 7th June instead of 4th june . I accepted that.

I was assured a payment link will be sent to my id and i have to pay within 10 minutes as the link expires in 10 minutes.

I have initiated a request for cancellation in via.com app at 4:53am and gave the booking ref. No and pnr no for cancellation at 4:57am today, and got a reply from via.com app chat at 5:41am nearly 1 hour later informing me that cancellation have to be done 2 hours prior to departure....

( Airline PNR BQ832A / VIA REF FMNLA31QAAE8Q ) the ticket was booked on 28 April and cancelled on 29Th April by the airline and the refunds has been processed on same day by true jet, but VIA/ FLIGHTRAJA have not provided us with the refund amount yet, we keep on chasing them but there is no proper feedback on amount, it’s seems that they do these purposely as the airline staff informed us that in many cases they delay the refunds amount...

cancelation of flight

Booked a flight from malaysia to united states through via.com, made emails but received delayed replies and mentioning that they have contacted the airline on the cancelation, but i called the airline and they have not received any news from them. My flight is very costly and not obtaining the refund will be a huge blow to me, the flight is in a week time and i till can't cancel the flight. Can anyone help on this matter?...

Just bought two tickets from singapore to vietnam, total cost was $384.
When i was buying the tickets, your application never once stated that there was no check-in baggage. Also, it stated that the tickets were refundable.

Hi, i have been contacting with via.com sg customer service for few months but i haven’t got the refund to my bank account.
They said it will be refunded after 30 business day but after that no one response my email and no refund.

And also i tried to call sg cs team but the number on the website is no longer use and also cs head office in india, no response too.

flight ticket cancelled, but refund not done after two months

I had booked round trip flight tickets to kochi to kolkata in the month of march and had to cancel.
The tickets amounted to rs. 14577 of which 6000 would be deducted by the airlines and the rest 7977 (After deducting your service charges of rs200/-) has to be reflected in my account. Booked ticket to delhi on 10th may 2019 though via.com booking ref fmnaa324fc2cj for 29th june 2019 by indigo. Airline booking ref was cc2ygv. There was some confusion about timing of the flight. When contacted, your customer care staff directed me to contact the airline office. I contacted them and on their advice cancelled the previous booking and re-booked the ticket vide pnr xi4zgw. Rebooking was done with three hours of the first booking....

I have booked two indiho air tickets through VIA portal. Later I had to cancel the tickets. The indigo has already refunded the amount to EBIX (via) on the same day of cancellation. It's been 12days of cancellation, but via has not refunded the amount to me. Their customer care service is so pathetic. Minutes after minutes they will you keep you on hold. After almost 1 hour you get the concerned person, after providing the booking reference...

I booked tickets for 1 adult + 2 children on 24.04.19 in air asia flight from guwahati to kuala lumpur via kolkata for 25.05.19.
