refund for cancelled. flight

I had booked flight from bangalore to cochin on 28 apr 2019.'the airlines have cancelled the said flight and they have initiated the refund to via.com on 12 april itself. However i have not recieved refund from your side. It is highly objectionable that even after one week the amount is pending from your side. Kindly look into the matter and provide me with the escalation matrix inorder to take up the matter...

for incomplete refund

I was booking 2flight tickets for me and my daughter for 28th april on indigo via flight raja. But after some issue i was cancelled our tickets. Indigo charged me 6000 rupes for cancellations charge. refund still not received

I have booked a flight ticket through via.com and due to some issues i couldn't fly. However i have done the cancellation well before and now its been 1 month after my cancellation and still now i did received my refund. And when i mail them suhaib khan replied me t will be refunded within 20 days... And now he is telling go to the website...

I have done a booking yesterday for montigo resorts nongsa from 19th march 2019 to 22nd march, the booking went through all the way to payment successful & status appears thereafter as aborted and to retry
Retry the 2nd time again same message after successful payment. As per communication with my credit card company - merchant is on way to ask for payment. Please note that both amount of $1655.09 each should not be claimed by merchant...

ifs3jh refund not received

.. I have requested for a cancellation of my flight booking with the spice jet airlines. The ticket got cancelled and they have forwarded my refund amount to the via.com.
Till today i have not received my refund. I have tried many times ti get my refund amount through phone calls but their response are very poor.

fraudulent booking app! avoid via.com at all cost!

Do not use via.com! Two weeks ago i tried to book ticket via this website and it took one hour processing the ticket only to finally said "no ticket is available".

My credit card was subsequently charged for the ticket i didn't get. When i asked to process the refund, i need to send multiple emails over the 2-weeks span to ask for refund. Today is the 16th day since i made the purchase, and my refund hasn't come.

They emailed me that the airline canceled the flight due to operation and asked if i want to reschedule or cancel
I cancel the ticket with a fee of hkd 150.00 and they told me it will take around 30 days to process
It has been 1month, i emailed them and they said it could take up to 6months and will help me push the airline to process the refund
It has been 1 year!! And still nothing is processed!

I am complaining about that I cancelled my flight ticket but didn't get the money back

I had done a booking in Go-Air G8-761 through this website to go from Bhubaneswar to Patna but due to some urgency I cancelled the ticket but didn't get money back but you should give me my money back as in my ticket it was showing refundable.Please look into the matter and return my money back as soon as possible.

helpless customer care

I just booked a ticket on via.com. Later on it was noted that the return date exceeds the allowed stay period and have to change the return date by 2 days.
When i called into the customer care, the rep mentioned that he cannot see my details and asked me to call in during working hours.
Then i don't understand why you people have 24 hour customer service?

I am frustrated by the type of response and improper communications...
