I had booked flight from bangalore to cochin on 28 apr 2019.'the airlines have cancelled the said flight and they have initiated the refund to via.com on 12 april itself. However i have not recieved refund from your side. It is highly objectionable that even after one week the amount is pending from your side. Kindly look into the matter and provide me with the escalation matrix inorder to take up the matter

To the author,
Nobody has a duty to reply on anonymous complaint, or on an indefinite complaint, or on complaint without the evidences.

The passenger must escalate the matter by himself or by herself, if he or she wants so.

If the passenger does not know the complaining procedure, such passenger has 2 options
1. To hire the professional
or
2. To forget about complaining.

    I was booking 2flight tickets for me and my daughter for 28th april on indigo via flight raja. But after some issue i was cancelled our tickets. Indigo charged me 6000 rupes for cancellations charge. But rest of money till now i don't received from flightraja. They were no contact me. Pls i request, refund my exes rupees.       I have booked a flight ticket through via.com and due to some issues i couldn't fly. However i have done the cancellation well before and now its been 1 month after my cancellation and still now i did received my refund. And when i mail them suhaib khan replied me t will be refunded within 20 days... And now he is telling go to the website...

        I have done a booking yesterday for montigo resorts nongsa from 19th march 2019 to 22nd march, the booking went through all the way to payment successful & status appears thereafter as aborted and to retry
        Retry the 2nd time again same message after successful payment. As per communication with my credit card company - merchant is on way to ask for payment. Please note that both amount of $1655.09 each should not be claimed by merchant

          I booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking PNR Nos. P9JW3Z, C9BNYM I booked a tickets on[protected],[protected]. I got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to technical issue. And i booked another flight for my travel. Till now i did not get any refunds. Airlines is telling that they gave refund to via.com. Till no Via.com not refunded the money to my account, for clarification i am called to customer care, but number is wrong. Plz. help me to get the refund. Customer care executive did not give a proper reply.

          I have confirmed with Indigo, they have returned the amount to Via.com.

          But still I am waiting for the amount to be refunded to me.

              I have booked tickets online thru via.com and one of my passenger name i forgot to add in his christian name and immediately i email to them at sg support via.com and they told me the airline doesn’t allow to do amendment on it and i called the china airlines to check it out they told me they did not receive any email or calls from via.com. Via.com is not helping me at all and giving me such lame excuse just to earn my money, this is the first time i booked thru via.com and have experienced such bad service in my life, there singapore contacts are not contactable at all and i need to wait so long for their response thru email. Normally just add on a passenger christian name can be done thru any airline is just that there may be a charge but the staff are not helping at all! What can i do? Please advice

              Nobody has a duty to reply on indefinite complaint, on document without ID of addressee or of the originator.

              If you did not get the compensation or the refund within 7 days, kindly

              1. Attach: PNR or INVOICE or receipt, which state the sums and currency, ID of the air carrier and travel agent.

              2. Specify:
              have the air carrier or travel agent provided you with
              - the nearest alternative flight till final airport within 7 days, following your complaint to them.

              3. Keep and show copies of your own complain and reply, if given.

              Probably, you need "to go to the court", if you need compensation in full.
              For such type of dispute regarding the full compensation for 1 passenger, you can expect to hire the lawyer or a legal professional, charges from from Rs 4000, to assist you before the court.

              The fair court shall award full compensation (max 20000) and the reasonable expenses, which incurred.

                .. I have requested for a cancellation of my flight booking with the spice jet airlines. The ticket got cancelled and they have forwarded my refund amount to the via.com.
                Till today i have not received my refund. I have tried many times ti get my refund amount through phone calls but their response are very poor.

                  Do not use via.com! Two weeks ago i tried to book ticket via this website and it took one hour processing the ticket only to finally said "no ticket is available".

                  My credit card was subsequently charged for the ticket i didn't get. When i asked to process the refund, i need to send multiple emails over the 2-weeks span to ask for refund. Today is the 16th day since i made the purchase, and my refund hasn't come.

                  This website makes money out of the false transaction. It cheats on customers. Avoid via.com at all cost!

                    Jaihind this is capt Sudha, I booked ticket travelling Jammu to Hyderabad on 8th March...I cancelled my ticket through indigo CUSTOMER CARE...they refunded the amount.but I didn't get till now...nd they stating that they transferred amount to agency..agency not refunded...pls refund my amount/ necessary action please..yaar this is very bad..that I received 3rd time that showing small complaint..are you thinking this is small...you bloody ###..what do you know about armed forces...is this such a reminder you ppl are giving respect in this way...we are struggling here you ppl are sleeping happyly..nd everytime stating that this is small ...

                        They emailed me that the airline canceled the flight due to operation and asked if i want to reschedule or cancel
                        I cancel the ticket with a fee of hkd 150.00 and they told me it will take around 30 days to process
                        It has been 1month, i emailed them and they said it could take up to 6months and will help me push the airline to process the refund
                        It has been 1 year!! And still nothing is processed!

                                I just booked a ticket on via.com. Later on it was noted that the return date exceeds the allowed stay period and have to change the return date by 2 days.
                                When i called into the customer care, the rep mentioned that he cannot see my details and asked me to call in during working hours.
                                Then i don't understand why you people have 24 hour customer service?

                                I am frustrated by the type of response and improper communications flows by via.com

                                At first, i received an email from via.com saying my ticket cannot be confirmed and either refund will be processed within 48 hours or you can customer care to know the status.

                                Then, after 20 minutes i received an email saying my ticket has been confirmed.

                                I would consider that if i receive an email mentioning "your booking cannot be confirmed", then i may have to book a new ticket since my previous request is failed.

                                When i called customer care to know why it was confirmed again, representative told that it could be sent by the airline system once confirmed..

                                Then why via.com has to send an email saying "your booking cannot be confirmed", before communicating with the airline?

                                Looking for someone to reply me and handle the issue.

                                May be a legal consumer complaint is needed for this careless company.

                                  Yesterday i buy emirates flight ticket and pay by debit card, the main problem is that i buy ticket for 15th february instead of 15th of january.                                   It is not the Via.com site .

                                  There is no prove that anonymous passenger has paid for any e-ticket and holds the receipt.

                                  The legal complaint has to demonstrate at minimums:
                                  - the full name of the passenger / address / e-mail /
                                  - the addressee - the particulars of the entity, who had not provided the service,
                                  - explanation which exact event had happned with notification of place and date,
                                  - explanation of the fault of the service provider, if possible,
                                  or
                                  - the resaon of the dissatisfaction,
                                  - passenger request, which has to be expressed clearly in 1-2 sentances and in figures.

                                  Further the passenger has to have / to own the documents, such as e-ticket, receitp, order number, PNR, etc,

                                    Hi,
                                    I have booked a flight ticket from via.com atl to ccu which was confirmed. I need to reschedule the ticket due to medical emergency. No one from customer support is helping to provide me the way out to reschedule the ticket. The via.com booking id is booking id: fmnaf2svjeo7s and airline pnr: whq8gs.
                                    I need to reschedule the flight ticket to march 2019. I am trying to contact customer service since last one week but no one is responding on the phone or on the chat.
                                    I need to reschedule the original ticket as soon as possible as the ticket is for 17th jan, 2019.
                                    Please help!

                                      Dear sir, i had booked a flight ticket in via.com and my booking details : booking reference is fmnaa2vnnwmtc, and pnr is wb3kny i had booked tickets to fly from bangalore to pune dated december 11th in indigo i flight, but got a message from airlines that flight has got cancelled due to technical issue, hence i had to cancel my tickets in indigo and book in another flight, till now i did not get refund. Airlines is telling that they gave refund to via.com.. Plz help me to get my refund.

                                        Jet airways 9w-152 trivandrum - bangalore november, 25th 2018.
                                        Jet airways 9w - 820 bangalore – new delhi november, 25th 2018.
                                        On 25th october, 2018 i had received an sms message from the jet airways stating that due to operational reasons, the flight 9w-152 trivandrum to bangalore is cancelled and instructing to contact the travel portal to process the refund for that particular flight.
                                        The jet airways had not shown a basic courtesy either to reroute the journey or to refund the fare through the via.com travel portal.
                                        On my email request to [protected]@ via.com, for the refund, i have received a reply stating that it is the responsibility of the airline to refund the amount as the money is being transferred to the airlines account.
                                        I cannot understand the logic of the airline policy of partial cancellation while both the tickets (Trivandrum to bangalore and bangalore to new delhi) are booked by the via com web portal on jet airways of 9w 152 & 9w 820.
                                        Since the flight is cancelled by the airline due to operational reasons, and as i had booked the ticket online, paid by credit card through only via.com portal, kindly request the concerned to process the refund to my credit card account.
