Dear Sir, I had booked my flight ticket (http://in.via.com/) from Chennai to Doha by emirates flight to travel on[protected] vide Booking ref. No. FMN18PWTHSF. I have paid Rs.12568/-. Ticket was booked around 6.15 PM on[protected]. But 2 hours later the concerned travel agent (via.com) called me and asked to pay Rs.5142/- additionally to confirm the ticket even though the fare remained the same at their website. If I didn’t pay the difference amount, they informed me that they will cancel the flight ticket. This incurred a huge loss for me and also I didnt get the refund in my bank account yet. It was clearly said that my money will be reverted in 24 hours. I had filed many petitions to their customer care, but of no use. Kindly I request you to look into this issue and do the needful at the earliest. Below photos are attached with comparison of the same website & also other websites

because of this website fraudulent activities at the last minute, I was asked to pay huge price for confirming the flight ticket. So, that made me struggle a lot. Now, travel agent has to pay the loss for me

    I booked an airline ticket from Via.com portal in Rs 15179 as shown on the portal and my ticket ot booked but after sometime I got a call from customer care of via.com that I have to pay Rs 671 more for book the ticket other the ticket will not book. As it is hoax to the customer by attracting the lower price on the portal and after that pressuring the customer by calling to pay more. I want that via.com has to refund my excess amount(Rs.671) which I paid.

        I booked a hotel named Resort Lagoa Azul in Goa from 2nd Oct 2014 to 4th Oct 2014 with via.com. Though they do not offer any kind of coupon but they give me a cool pricing to book this 3 star property. Their post booking service was also pretty good. When I called them after reaching in Goa to locate the property they helped me a lot.

        I have also had similar experience while booking flight. Due to my slow
        connection the page took long time to load and in meanwhile the fare was
        increased. I called their customer service and told them about this.
        They gave me the old fare and booked it over phone and sent me a link to
        pay the price. I was surprised to see their courtesy and
        responsiveness.
        I never tried flight booking though in this site. But I will definitely try now. Thanks for sharing your review :)

        Exhorbitant Cancellation

        This is first time I used via. I booked a ticket costing Rs 2630 (FMN1P7E7IFA). I had to cancel due to some personal reasons. The cancellation charge was an exorbitant sum of Rs 2225 which is crazy. I actually wanted to book another ticket with Via but after this experience I'm surely not going to use it anymore.

          I was flying to San Francisco on a business trip and had booked my tickets on Via.com. My connecting flight from Delhi to Hong Kong (Air India) got delayed by around 6 hrs due to a faulty landing gear. The onward flight from Hong Kong to San Francisco (Cathay Pacific) had already left by the time I landed in Hong Kong and I was clueless what to do next. I checked with Cathay Pacific help desk and was told that they wouldn't be able to help me as the delay was not due to a Cathay Pacific flight. I was at my wits end and checked for seats on the next flight to San Francisco. To my shock, every single flight from Hong Kong to SF is fully booked for next 2 days due to Comic Con. I called up the Via.com help desk and told them of my dilemma. I was not expecting any help really, my thought was at least they will be able to book me a flight back to Delhi. To my surprise, the call center supervisor, Mr. Hari, got me a seat on the next Delta Airlines to SF by paying just 25% of the full fare. I have booked flights from several sites over the years and the experiences have ranged from good to outright horrible. But this is was the first time I was totally blown away by the amazing customer support by a travel portal. I saw several Via.com reviews and found it hard to believe that so many people had a bad experiences with the site. My guess is that we tend to vent out only when things go bad and rarely appreciate a great customer experience. This review about Via.com is my attempt at trying to reverse the trend and giving credit where it's due.

          VIA (Sagar Travels and Sujay Travels Thane(W)) — WORST CUSTOMER SERVICES,
          Worst experience with via.com bus booking for Mumbai Dharshan.
          Sagar Travels and Sujay Travels Thane(W) both the travels is not proper educated how to deal with customer.

          we have Compliance aganst via.com also if customer booked ticket online and if you provided some travels(Sujay Travels Thane(W)) with boarding points. Which bases you providing boarding points?
          and if your not ti-up with those travels so why are you providing that address with via SMS.
          Traveler simply say i have no ti-up with online related ticket do what ever you want, do not stay in front of my travels shop and all.
          So who are responsible or take care about that ticket or online customer?
          If you not have proper ti-up of this type of travels so please not show on your website or send SMS to as helpline number's this type of travelers.

          this is my personal experience, i have never book any kind of ticket in future with via.com.

          Cheating while airtickets booking.Showing
          total price one and deducted more amount
          fraud booking.
          Via.com not eligible even for 1 Star rating. I booked the ticket on 2nd December, never received ticket. While called the customer care for amount refund, they say ticket has been confirmed. Such a worst service provider is Via.com.

          they sent me the tickets on 05.12.2016, by when i booked tickets through other sources
          I had a travel plan from Mumbai -Kolkata- Mumbai on 9th April 2020 but flight got cancelled due to covid 19 outbreak and lockdown. I want to reschedule my travel now. I have tried to connect with the via.com customer care executive multiple time but call didn't connect. I have sent emails for the same but not received any revert from them.

            On searching the tickets, the tickets were shown as refunded. The iternary sent, there was no information for refund, and condition were mentioned that cancelation is as per airlines rules. Also on other ticket booking websites it was refundable. Checked on airlines page for Q class maximum Rs. 1800 are deducted. ticket value was 11000, via has only refunded 1087, when i cancled the ticket on their website. as per rules mentioned in the ticket sent to me on email. So never book any ticket on via. they dont refund and cheat the customer. please advice how to legally sue them and get back Rs. 10, 000

              Dear Sir, On 10th of September I booked one ticket of Indian Airlines through VIA.COM from Delhi to Chennai journey dated 13th October by Rs.6, 637 and my Ticket Reference No- FMN15CVKOOI and then 12th Sep I called Air India and canceled my Ticket. From 20th September onwards I am calling Via.com customer care number i.e [protected] almost thrice per day, same answer they were telling that time if you want get your refund amount you should get cancelation copy from Air India and submit to us, then we can give the amoun Yesterday I went Air India office and ask my cancelation details. They told clear cut we cannot provide which details you asking us, because your ticket booked ticket through Via.Com, so they have your all details. Again I called VIA.Com customer care but this time they were saying something different. They were telling my case they have escalated to high authorities and release the some tax amount. But it will be inform to you within next 1 hour definitely, and also they noted in my mobile number. I have not received any call from them and when I called in the today morning of 24th September one of their customer care assistant told me I don't have to take any action because we don’t have your cancelation details. How it is possible? I bookedVia.com only so, theyare the full responsibility in my amount. Where my transaction took place on 10th September. I am simply clueless by this kind service of VIA.COM. First of all its very difficult to get the line to talk with them, if by chance I got the chance to talk with them they themselves are not confident, they are telling some new rules and new stories. This is kind request to you please look into this matter at urgent basis as already 12 days interest(12th sep to 24th sep) I lose for this mishap, and main thing not getting my money back after so many repeated calls and emails, where not for a single time I receive any call from them. I understand it is my mistake I went to buy ticket from VIA.COM website, but kindly help me to get my money back and take a hard action on thiVIA.COM website as it is fooling their customers. .                 Hi Every One,
                My self Shiva from Bangalore,
                I booked a ticket from Amritsar to Bangalore (VIA Ref No.: FMN12AAK5WV), in the search page the charges was Rs. 10, 300.00 but after booking the ticket i got a call from VIA Customer care person with in 1hrs saying that the fare is been increased and i have to pay Rs. 3000.00 extra or else my ticket will be cancelled.
                This cheaters will not update the fares on time on their flight search page and cheating us.
                So please beware before booking a ticket from VIA.com,
                If needed book a ticket from direct service providers web site.
                In this difficult situation, I have Rs. 13, 000 in my pocket and I have to travel to Bangalore in emergency, and this stupid guys will refund my money in next 4 days. What should I do to this cheaters.

                  I booked 8 tickets for my family including an infant from Delhi- Mumbai (18 April Del-Mum Jet Airways 1605 PM and 26 April Mum-Del Jet ) and my booking reference no was FMN10F66ZLD and PNR was generated as GYGRBO. I even got a confirmation mail at 00:30 hrs at 26 Feb stating"Please use this email as confirmation of your booking".
                  However I got call from a call center employee in middle of night at 01:12 am(it seems anyone can call u at middle of nite) at 26 Feb on my mobile wherein Mr Pradip Kumar asked me more money to confirm the booking and subsequently, on denial, he aborted my booking on the pretext that airline charges have increased that too after 1 hr from confirmation. He also refused to lodge a complaint when I contacted him at 01:24 am and 01:57 am the same night
                  On registering complaint no REF000000A635, they(CC member Chaitra M) blamed me, asked if I have been a regular flyer and instead asked me to go ahead with complaints anywhere as they were firm that they have good collusion with Jet Airways.No replies on my complaint and never bothered to escalate the case to senior managemnt. I have still not got refund back and would lose out on the opportunity to avail 3 day mega sales and your customer care people have said that its not their problem and have closed the issue themselves even before my satisfaction.

                    This website could win the award for the worst customer service as all the executives are trained to lie and fraud. I booked a hotel in Goa and paid Rs 12271to VIA. I didn't get any email/sms confirmation but the money is gone. After waiting for few hours I called the cust care and the guy said hotel is overbooked and currently unavailable. Sad and disappointed, I asked for a refund and the executive conveyed that I will get the refund in 5 days.. 5 days... 10 days... 15 days.. now that's enough.. give my money back. . Grrrr! I call/ mail then every 2nd fay and all I get is fake promises. Now out of nowhere they are saying that ur hotel was booked on that day and u wont get a refund! Wer did my money go! ! Wers my confirmation mail!! Wers the executive who told me that hotel is unavailable and they will refund!! And after all who stayed in that hotel! !!

                      Hi, I was trying to book ticket from Delhi to Bangalore for 15th Oct 2013 through in.VIA.com, timing of ticket was 18:50. I tried several times but every time it was unsuccessful and It was a night time so was feeling little sleepy also. But I tried again and again but still It was failing then I thought o[censored]sing another card of my sister which was SBI VISA Card while mine was CITI Mastreo card, this time transaction was successful. After successful booking I realised that from the listing I mistakenly selected morning flight instead of evening 18:50 flight which was unsuccessful everytime. I requested customer care to modify this to evening flight but he was asking me to pay charges for that.My complaint it when I have references of al the unsuccessful attempts due to some technical error which is not known to me this kind of mistake is expected and for that I should not be charged with modification charges.Hence I request you to kindly pithc into the matter and do justice with me.

                        Dear Sir, We wish to draw your attention to certain BALANCE PAYMENTS Outstanding for the Bookings made in our HOTEL BASERA Mussoorie We have repeated contacted them (Ms Kanika, Mr Tejpal, Ms Muthmari G, etc) over phone and e mail for the past several months but nothing seems to be done. The said payments have been made by them to some other Hotel Basera and the same have been credited in their account in PUNE of ICICI Bank. The same have not been credited in my account till date as the problem is from VIA as the person in the accounts wrongly credited the amount to some wrong account when the booking has been made for MUSSOORIE. The said payment were handled by Mr Abbas Mohd who has the left VIA and the people from Via now are giving this excuse that he has left and now nothing can be done. The account details have been mentioned in the Contract form signed by me and their representative Mr Akhilesh Uniyal at Mussoorie wherein the Account details have been mentioned clearly. The following are the Payments due.                           I had made a booking on the website www.via.com for international flight booking on 1st May 2013 and the amount was taken from my credit card. i got an email from the icici credit card saying that the amount was send to Flight Raja Pvt Ltd. Since i did not receive the ticket , i called the Via.com customer care and mentioned the same. Mr. Sharath assured me that the the amount was not taken from my credit card. So i raised a complaint with ICICI as well as with VIA.com to refund my money. As i did not receive the ticket, i made a fresh booking through Make my trip. When i came back from dubai, i did a charge back with my credit card mentioning that the ticket was not issued by Via.com. After 2 months via.com informs ICICI bank that they have refunded my money. But the actual fact is that via.com has taken INR 6999/- as cancellation charges. When my ticket itself was not issued , then how can they take cancellation charges.

                            03 Apr 2013 I was booked two tickets from Trivandram to Pune through Via.Com.

                            Via Booking Reference Number FMN0STPPWAH. But ticket not confirm, and we take another ticket from Trivandrum Airport and reach our destination. Rs 18436/- debited amount till time not reach my account.

                            Poor Service, I was used via.com site more than 20 times to fly, How to continue booking my travel through the via.com. No email or message your ticket is not confirmed.

                            i have booked my ticket from dehradun to haldwani on 22/03/2010 due to server problem ticket not generated and the value rs. 337/- deducted from my pnb account no.[protected].

                            SO JUST GUIDE ME HOW RECIEVE BACK MY PAYMENT TO MY ACCOUNT,OR WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY TICKET BOOKING,I HAVE GOT ONE TRANSACTION ID DETAIL-[protected]

                            Ticket Booking — payment done but ticket not available

                            Tickets for Navneet Mehta [M-57] Booked in Train No.9017 DnSaurashtra Janata Express for 22/12/2010 in Tatkal Catagory from Vapi to Rajkot Jn. Payment Made Twice of Rs.324 each Through Andhra Bank Debit Card today on 20/12/2010 at 08.06A.M. & 08.20 A.M.;But Tickets not received,Please Refund the Amt.on Receipt of this Letter & oblige.

                            I had made a booking on the website www.via.com for international flight booking on 1st May 2013 and the amount was taken from my credit card. i got an email from the icici credit card saying that the amount was send to Flight Raja Pvt Ltd. Since i did not receive the ticket, i called the Via.com customer care and mentioned the same. Mr. Sharath assured me that the the amount was not taken from my credit card. So i raised a complaint with ICICI as well as with VIA.com to refund my money. As i did not receive the ticket, i made a fresh booking through Make my trip. When i came back from dubai, i did a charge back with my credit card mentioning that the ticket was not issued by Via.com. After 2 months via.com informs ICICI bank that they have refunded my money. But the actual fact is that via.com has taken INR 6999/- as cancellation charges. When my ticket itself was not issued, then how can they take cancellation charges.

                              We had a trip to Singapore and Bangkok arranged by Via.Com. Our Contact person was Mr. Pradeep from Gurgaon branch of the company. We had been levied extra charges for pick-up from air-port to hotel which i singapore was quite expensive. On arrival, we found no one with our placards at the decided meeting point at airport. After waiting for about 30 minutes at the decided place we called Mr Pradeep for the contact details of the person supposed to receive us at the airport. But Pradeep didnt pick up the call and simply avoided the whole responsibility for which we had made the extra transfers' amount. Such kind of treatment to first time travellers and in a country unknown only calls for negative reputation for the company. This was highly unprofessional treatment given to us. Would never recommend Via.com. Also, despite taking a written mail confirmation for late check out did not get the same and was promised a taxi service instead which again was provided after waiting 2hrs at the hotel lobby. Pradeep again did not receive the phone. After having a hectic flight journey the agent calls us at 6 am in the morning for a undecided city tour. Also, for the city tour a person who couldn speak English nor Hindi was arranged and when complained the response we get is " Our suppliers have an upper hand". Have done the biggest mistake and will make sure i or any of my closed one s are not going through VIA.com

                                Hi ,
                                I had booked a return air ticket of Kingfisher airlines for Pune-Delhi-Pune trip dated 8-Nov-2012 and 19-Nov-2012. I had made the booking through the travel portal - via the details of the booking re stated as follows .

                                Both of the flights were cancelled but i have not recieved any refund yet . When I call [url=http://www.via.com]Cheap Air Tickets, Online Booking For Flights, Hotels, Bus, Rails, Holidays Packages[/url] , they suggest me to follow up with kingfisher as they have not recieved any refund from airline and when i try to contact kingfisher airlines , they tell me to contact the travel site from which I made the booking.The people who booked the tickets from some other sites have got the full refund from the site .

                                Also the travel portal(via.com) charged Rs. 200 as convenience charges but they are not providing any convenience . When i have booked the tickets from there site , it has to be their duty to refund my amount .

                                Even after the cancellation I had to go through a lot of hassles and had to spend a very heavy amount for booking new flights.

                                It has been more than 3 months since my flight was cancelled and Rs 8500 is a big amount for me . So kindly take necessary actions so that my amount can be refunded with the interest of the period that has passed . Also please look into the services of the travel portals which charge convenience fee and then take no responsibility if something goes wrong . The customer has to face a lot of inconvenience even after paying the convenience charges .

                                  Never book a ticket through via.com ,if ever booked never think of calling their call center for any details or clarification. I had booked a ticket from delhi to bangalore for jan 25 and didnt know whether the ticket was confirmed or know , so i called to via.com customer care . And their call center executive ANURADHA had answered the call. And the response from her was very worst. The management should take some action on this and should warn the executives who are behaving wrong with the customers. I will never book any tickets from via.com here after , i think the call center executive in via.com should be trained properly so that they loose their customers

                                    As part of the great online shopping festival , Via.com claimed to have an offer "Fly to singapore at 3920" .
                                    I went ahead and booked my tickets to singapore after which I get a call from Via customer care that 3920 was just the base fare and the taxes would come up to 4100 rs more .
                                    None of which was indicated by anything under terms and conditions.
                                    Of course the website promptly deducted the 3920 Rs and 170 ( convenience charge) from my account , without mentioning these things.
                                    I have screen shots of everything to back my claim up and Via.com should definitely be put out of business for cheating innocent victims like me!

                                      Hi All,

                                      I booked round trip from Bangalore to Delhi of Air India flights and it showed me refundable tickets when I booked. Even if you try to book ticket for 25th Nov, Delhi to bangalore of Air India at 16.30. It show Refundable.

                                      Now, when I requested via.com to cancel my return ticket they said it is non-refundable (which is completely lie).

                                      They charged me double refund fee(1500) to cancel my return ticket,

                                        Just bought a ticket from VIA.COM charged me extra for cancelling clearly not mentioned in the rules and then sold me a ticket on a waitlist showing confirmed and then when I called the airline they told me it is on hold and will be cancelled in the next 2 days charged my card in full airline has no confirmation of charge beware Fraud website no ethics and scam artists...............Never use this website or you will seriously regret.........
