Hey Team,
My Flight LB-693 of 1 April from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore was cancelled and now while providing the refund they are deducting Rs.400 as I don't think it is fair enough to do so. I contacted them for the same but they said it is not refundable. Please let me know the solution and how can I get my refund back as soon as possible. Waiting for your response in this matter.

    Hi,

    I booked tickets from Mumbai to Hyderabad for travel on 26-Jun-2016 on AirIndia using VIA.COM. The Airlines has rescheduled the flight delaying it by more than 10 hours. This does not suit my requirement. So I requested VIA.COM to cancel my ticket. They insisted that they cannot cancel my ticket. They asked me to approach AIRINDIA for cancellation. When I approached AIRINDIA, they said they cannot cancel as the tickets were booked through a booking agency and not with them directly. I am in a fix wasting more than Rs. 22K. Neither parties are ready to cancel the tickets. Moreover, VIA.COM does not provide any guidelines on the cancellation policy on their website. This is really absurd.

    Flight ticket cancel.

    I can' t understand that how can I cancel my air ticket through via.com. Via.com reference booking number.. FMN155QZ4P3 and airline pnr number YYTK3A.
    i cancelled goindigo flight ticket from new delhi to kerala on 23 feb 2019. i contacted goindigo, they said they have refunded rs.5275 on 23 feb 2019. i have not got any refund in my account till now (its been 20 days).

      Hi All,
      I have booked flight round trip from Delhi to kolkata, it Cost me around 9571. But due to some problem, I have to cancel my ticket. I was shocked to hear that the cancellation charge is 50% approx of what I have paid. While discussing with Via representative, he said that they have only charge 200 and the others being charged by the airlines.
      I have a questions, if we are being charged by the airlines then there is no use of booking flight with VIA. They are of no use we can book ticket directly with the airlines company. I am fully dissatisfied with the Service of Via. Will recommend not to book any thing with VIA.

        Via.com fraudulently double booked my air ticket from New Delhi to Toronto and charged me for the two tickets. The incremental amount billed was Rs. 1, 75, 000. Ms. Chaitra M and Rohin (travel representatives from via.com) gave me repeated assurances that this amount would be refunded. However, that never happened.

          Dear Team, I had booked a ticket on 3rd Nov2015 with Via.com for Air India(Mumbai-Mangalore). ref : FMN1HEC0JVQ As it was an emergency case, the ticket was booked 3 hrs prior flight. We reached the domestic airport 50 min prior flight time but were told to go to International Terminal as Air India departs from T2. When we reached T2, we were not given Boarding pass as we were 5 min late. Had the ticket mentioned of the correct terminal, we would not be late and would have reached the destination on time. The Airline termed it as no show and cancelled the ticket. We couldnot reach the destination + our money approx 5800 were lost. I sent several mails to the National carrier and via.com, but no positive response, so approaching your team. Please help me getting my money back. Thanks and regads, Sunil S, [protected]

            Dear Sir, I got booked tickects for DEL - AMD dt.10/12/2015 AMD - DEL dt. 11/12/2015 and later i got cancelled these tkts with Indigo, The proc of VIA of refund the amt is very worst and they deduct the major part of refund in commision, while asking for it they said that we are refunding your amount, VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH VIA for refund of tickets, they cheated with us. I will suggest that if you want to book a ticket online, then check the fare on these sites and get book the ticket with associated AirLines sites directly. Sunil Bajaj

            Sorry for the experience, we do not have any control over the refund amount. We process the refund amount once the airlines confirms the cancellation charges with us. We only charge Rs.200 as fee.

            The amount which would be refunded is airline cancellation charges plus Via fee.

              Hi, I booked a ticket on 16/12/2015 for 22/12/2015 from visakhapatnam to hyderabad of ref numberFMN1IY3NC3J.But after so many hours also its showing the status as still in process .Ii tried to reach your customer care, but no response you people, no body attending the call, that number is not working & i mailed but still didnot get respons except auto generated mail. so atlast after so many hours i cancelled but now still its showing cancellation under process. How many hours you take to do one update? If it takes this much time, how could we know either we got reservation or not? I cancelled the ticket because of your time taking and no updates even.

                  I booked flight tickets through 'Via flight bookings' www.via.com. on 30/11/2015 for 2 passangers with Booking ID FMN1IBBS28R, (Onward 05th Feb and return 14th Feb.). Total tickets cost was : 30, 400/- INR. I booked on 30/11/2015. On today, 10/12/2015, I called to Customer care Bangalore (Via company customer care) as I wanted to reschedule my return journey (Mumbai to Muscat) from 14 February 2016 to 20 February 2016. Please note that the customer care person (Mr. Soren, Via-Bangalore customer care) has checked the return fare for 17, 18, 19 and 20 and 21 February and said that the ticket is not available in the same class. So, I trusted whatever he said and asked him to reschedule 2 passangers tickets on 20th February 2016. He said the additional fees is 8400/-. After entering into link the payment was made. But, meantime when I checked on www.via.com, I found that same dates (05th Feb and 20th Feb) tickets were available at 32, 400/ ruppess. Thus, due to this misguidance, I had to waste my money costing = 7000 INR[protected], 400 = 7000 approx) for no reason. It is completely painful me and the worst experience I had with flight booking website, www.via.com. This is completely a loot of a customer and misguidance. I want my additional money back, ie. price for today = 5, 700/- INR (ie. fare 32, 400/- INR as on today on your website and I had to pay for no reason 38100/- due to your customer care misguidance,[protected]= 5700.)                     Sir, I have booked my airline ticket through via.com on 7 october for two passanger from 1.Kolkatta to coimbatore 2. trivendram to kolkatta and cancelled the ticket of one passanger on dated 8/10/15. I have only received the payment of one cancellation and i have called their customer support more than 10 times.Only blame game is going on between via.com and pay u money.VIA.com say that your refund is with payment portal pay u money and pay u money tells that we have not received the refund.                       This company is miss-leading people by highlighting Diwali offer ads on their website by saying "Flat 50% cashback" there is not clear details about offer condition on their page. They put a small popup link about 'via 1 point = 1 rupee' but they did not mentioned anything that your transactions will end up with cashback points and not real Cash Backs or discounts more over these people charged more money compared to the actual flight charges.

                      To add more to this, The points which i have received after transaction is useless because i can't use all or 50% from the points, they only allow 119 or less depends on what trip your are booking but on their viacash link they pointed that you can redeem points upto Rs.1000 for single transaction but nothings happened so far. I felt cheated.

                      Instead of saying "Flat 50% Cashback" they should have advertised by saying "Cash points or Worth Cash points" in your account would have helped people not falling into these traps.

                      I am not the only one who felt cheated from this company, if you can check PlayStore reviews you will find all the truth about this company - playing cheap miss-leading tricks with all people.

                      I don't know if this issues will be resolved or not but I just want to spread the word and create awareness of the fraud service this Via.com is providing.

                      This was not resolved, you guys are stupid marketing people who want to loot peoples hard earned money by fake offers. I suggest people to go with other service provider and don't go for Via.

                        I have booked two tickets on (2/9/2015) . First Ticket : Name: Vishwajeet Singh Return Ticket New Delhi to Goa, Status : Not Confirmed. Second Ticket : Name : Anjali Singh Return Ticket New Delhi to Goa. Status : Not Confirmed. After sometime I got one message of confirmation of ticket for Anjali Singh. After 20 min I got the call from customer care of Via.com that ticket of Vishwajeet singh is not able to book the ticket due to price rise, Its a clear failure of their system. They are not able to book the flight on time and I had to pay for their failure.

                          I booked a flight ticket costing Rs. 1492/- but I want to cancel the ticket because of an emergency. When I requested for a refund, your rep says the cancellation charge is Rs. 2000/- which goes more than the amount I paid. This means I won't even get a single rupee if I have to cancel my ticket. Via.com, do you think this is fair? Do you really think one shouldn't get any refund if the ticket cost is less? I was shocked when your rep said that. This was the very first I chose Via.com for booking but this ended up a tragedy. I WASTED RS. 1490 FOR NOTHING. I COULD HAVE DONE SOME CHARITY. I WANT TO RESOLVE THIS AMICABLY.

                            I had booked a flight tkt through Via.com n I read that an intimation would be sent to my cell phone n flight details would be sent to my email id. The amount also got debited from my bank account and have not got any intimation . Till 06/07/15 I had not received any details confirming the flight details The reference Id of the booking : FMNIDKLQJTK. Booked on 03/07/15 Date of journey : 06/07/15 Air carrier : Air India Your kind guidance on retrieving the amount from Via.com is kindly solicited.

                              I had booked a Delhi - Goa - Delhi return ticket (PNR ZYGGSL) on Vistara airlines through Via.com (Booking ID FMN19MPYB8P) trip starting 12th of March, 2015. I called via.com to cancel the Delhi to Goa leg on the 11th and traveled only the Goa to Delhi part. At the time of initiating the partial cancellation, the via.com customer service mentioned that it may take a few days for the airline to check the single sector fare and thus process the refund which was understandable. After a delay of 2 months in processing the refund payment, I started reaching out to Via.com for follow up by phone. After a few weeks of their contact center making me run around in circles, I reached out to them via email (REF000000ANMM). It was now more than 3 months since I made the cancellation. I was assured yet again the refund was being processed. Only this time, there were statedly some network issues at their end and I was asked to wait for a couple of days. I did. With still no response, I reached out again and this time I was told that it is the airline (Vistara) that is not ready to process this cancellation. They asked me to follow up with Vistara directly. I was totally at a loss since all of my interaction/transaction in this was with Via.com. This should have been their responsibility and I should not have been needing to bother with it. Still, I reached out to Vistara asking for the reason for this delay of 3+ months. They responded with an apology (no reasons) and said that they have now authorised the booking agent (via.com) to process the refund. A few days later, Vistara sent across another mail saying that they have authorised the agent to refund INR 861 i.e. only the tax amount since the fare was non-refundable. I responded with the original e-ticket which states that the fare was refundable. To this, they said that as per policy partial cancellations are treated as No-Shows and thus no fare refund. I raised with via.com the fact that I was not informed in advance about this policy. It is now about 4 months now and I'm still waiting for a resolution. If via.com was aware of this and still did not advise me accordingly at the time of cancellation, I would see this as misinformation. If via.com was not aware of this, they should still be the ones responsible for providing me proper refund. They can take it up with Vistara on an appropriate platform on their own free time. Either ways, I hold both parties responsible for the delay and harassment. Kindly advise / help.

                                I have been receiving mails from via.com advertising about upto 40% off on domestic flights but the discount is computer generated and is only of 400 rupees every time. I asked them a query regarding the same but I did not received a satisfactory mail. So i wan the authority to look into the matter. I have the conversation with them in mail.

                                  I booked a bus ticket through this via.com site for journey from New Delhi to Lucknow. The bus was of company INDO CANADIAN TPT Co. After the billing transaction, i received a call from via.com ([protected]) in which i was told that my ticket is not booked due some issues with the traveling agency (Indo Canadian Tpt Co.) and my money will be refunded back to my account. Since the money is still not credited back to my account. VIA booking reference number is FMN1B5BR98H.
                                  Booking was done on[protected] at 02:02pm. Till present date the amount is not refunded. Later i recieved a mail by Mr. Tanveer Ahmad from via.com which was as:

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  As per your request for ref FMN1B5BR98H booking is not confirmed due non availability of seat. the same has bee aborted and refund is processed kindly go-ahead with the different bus booking.


                                  12/04 14:18 - Refund - Amount: 931 - Transaction id: - Transaction Successful(REFUNDED SUCCESSFULLY),


                                  but the amount is still not recieved.

                                    Regarding Via reference number : FMN1A9EQZSC I had booked flight tickets using via.com portal. due to some reasons I cancelled the tickets. but no refund was given to me! When i enquired, via.com (yaseen from via.com) says, my cancellation charges are more than the ticket price? how the hell that is possible. I have decided to delete my account in this portal, and friends, pls be aware. anything or same thing can happen with you also. via.com is soo fake and fraud!

                                      I have booked flight ticket by using via.com portal.. First of all I didn't get any reference number and after an hour via.com people called me and asking me to pay 4500 rs more If I want that ticket.. They are providing wrong information at their portal and after deducting money simply they are saying that price is increased kindly pay defence amount.. they are making customer suffer by providing wrong information and playing double game with customer. request you to please have a look on to metter And let me know to proceed further..

                                        i have booked for flight yesterday and had to cancel the flight tickets because of a personal reason. I applied for cancellation and the amount which i received is not even a charge for base fare of a flight. The amount was 8568 and these guys refunded me only 4918. I will never use this website again and ask my friends also to stop using it. I mean seriously? 3650 is the amount they cut ? and in the fare rules they have mentioned that the charge per ticket cut would be 200 rupees only. If they cut the charge it would only be costing 800 or 1000 maximum . From where did 3650 come? And on what basis did they cut?
