Hey Team,
My Flight LB-693 of 1 April from Visakhapatnam to Bangalore was cancelled and now while providing the refund they are deducting Rs.400 as I don't think it is fair enough to do so. I contacted them for the same but they said it is not refundable. Please let me know the solution and how can I get my refund back as soon as possible. Waiting for your response in this matter.

I applied for cancellation and the amount which i received is not even a charge for base fare of a flight. The amount was 8568 and these guys refunded me only 4918. I will never use this website again and ask my friends also to stop using it. I mean seriously? 3650 is the amount they cut ? and in the fare rules they have mentioned that...
