I, Nironjon Islary student of Tata Institute of Social Science, Mumbai, had tried to book online flight ticket in August 28, 2013 for to and fro (Mumbai & Gauhati) for the dates of October 3, 2013, and October 15, 2013 at Yatra.com whereby internet banking was used from my SBI account but unfortunately payment was failed yet Rs. 12954 had been debited from my account. I had awaited till 15th September believing debited amount would be redeposited automatically. But nothing happened later, I called customer care of SBI, whereby I was suggested to complain to the branch and hence I did complaint yet nothing happened. After one and half month information was given by the public relation officer of the SBI branch, my payment was made and it had deposited Yatra.com hence I was asked to complain in yatra.com therefore I did so but nothing has been resolve till now.
Following two copliants are the same that I made to the SBI and yatra.com. I am really confuse what to do please suggest me so that I can resolve the long pending issue.

Remarks Respected Customer relation officer I, Nironjoy Islary your customer had tried to book flight ticket in August 28, 2013 at Yatra.com and payment was made through internet banking wherein ticket was confirm but the payment failed however amount Rs. 12954 had been debited from my account. The ticket was booked for to and fro of Mumbai and Gauhati meanwhile ticket got cancelled automatically. From 28 August till 16 September, I had waited expecting the amount would re-deposit automatically through the system. I called customer care where they suggested me to lodge a complaint to the branch hence I did it in 16 September since then I have been waiting redeposit of debited amount but nothing has been come out if yet. Immediately, a lady from the customer service Yatra.com had called asking to redeposit second time. But, due to insufficient amount in my account I could not do so and later the ticket got cancelled automatically, but the strange thing happened to me was though the amount was failed yet Rs. 12954 was debited from my account and this information is given below as the SBI statement, Viz- Booking Flight Ticket SBI Ref. Henceforth, I did not receive any information from the yatra.com. Later, I awaited till 15 September believing the debited amount would be return automatically through the banking system. But nothing had been resolved. In September 16 morning I called SBI customer care whereby I was suggested to complain in the branch hence put a complain on the same day, and was given complaint Number PT[protected] yet nothing had been resolve.
I have been waiting nearly two months believing something would been resolve but nothing has been come out of it. Suddenly, October 28, 2013, morning I got a call from the SBI branch in which I was informed my transaction was successful and the yatra.com had received, then I shocked and hence called Yatra.com customer service centre whereby I was given a complaint reference number as [protected]. If the following days of the booking amount was received by the yatra.com then why I was not given any information. Please, suggest me what can I do to reclaim my debited account.
