Hi, I used citibank debit card to book a ticket on 17 December 2013. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted. I have mailed [protected]@yatra.com repeatedly asking for 23 digit ARN (Acquirer Reference Number). They always provides me the order number[protected]-[protected] Citibank Bank Account Online[protected]:22 17461.00 DECLINED), but citibank cannot process the refund without ARN. Missed Flight due to Bad service at airport by Jetairways

Hi, My friend Shagun Mathur took the jet airways flight on 20th Nov from bangalore and reached Mumbai(PNR : NPBZKL), there was a 5 hour gap in the hopping flight from Mumbai to Jodhpur. She was sitting right in front of the gate and she was checking the board for status of the flight, till about 11: 10 am the status remained 'Security' and no announcement was made at all. So she had no way to know the flight was about to leave....
