My Question is u can earn a lot of money with good bussines. Why u feed ur childrens with money which is earned by fraud stuff. They not live long life KEEP MY WORDINGS.

My transaction is on 13 March of 6147/- And u dont know it is very difficult for me to earn this much ammount. u earn a lot but i dont know like u HOW TO FRAUD?

Booking a Hotel in Goa

After Successfull transaction Yatra.com is simply not booking my hotel. Say payment not receive.

Then i call they dont pick

Then i login on site and click on consumer forum of yatra.com it show old resolved cases.. when i submit my complait it again ask for email id & password.. I enter it again ask

One thing more for all indians yatra.com is not a booking site it is a refrence site. just watch the price and booked the flight and hotel from respective company's site by this u can ensure booking plus discount.

    Sir,
    Me and my friends had been to Bhuj, Gujurat from 27.12.2013 to 29.12.2013 for a recreational trip. We had booked two rooms at Shiv Hotel, Bhuj; one room through Cleartrip and another room through Yatra (Bkg ID: YT[protected]. Payment was done through Internet Banking from my friend Debadutta Senapati's account on dt. 20.12.2013. On 25.12.2013, Yatra people called and said they don't have vacancy at Shiv Hotel, so they will provide us alternate accommodation at Hotel Swagat which Yatra.com claimed to be of similar quality. Total cost of booking was Rs. 4827 for 2 nights. On reaching the Hotel Swagat after our long journey, we found it to be sub-standard and it looked more like a guest house than a 3 star property as claimed by Yatra.com. Also, the room tariffs displayed at the hotel was not even close to what we had paid online. But, that is not the end of story. On asking the hotel owner, he said he has not received any confirmation from Yatra.com and he did not allow us to check-in. I immediately called Yatra.com helpline and made them aware of the situation. They said they will arrange some alternate accommodation for us, but we denied this time because we had lost faith on these Yatra people for the reception we received at the hotel Swagat which they had provided as alternate accommodation and also because we had travelled from Cuttack, Orissa and were very tired. We somehow managed to get another room at Shiv Hotel on our own and stayed there as our other friends were staying in one room we had booked over Cleartrip. After this incidence, I talked with Yatra.com representatives for refund of my booking amount as they could not provide any accommodation even after changing the accommodation 2 days before our arrival (on 25.12.2013) but, they did not believe us or what, they said me to send the hotel bill of Hotel Shiv where we stayed after not getting accommodation at Hotel Swagat. I sent them the bill through e-mail at [protected]@yatra.com, and after that there has been no reply from their side ever since. Yatra.com should refund me the booking amount for allotting poor standard hotel as alternative and for being unable to provide accommodation at Bhuj on the day of arrival.

      I booked a reservation for the Hotel with YATRA.COM on 12 Feb for Rs.1298 and the process finished but even after payment I have not received any confirmation in my yatra account or email account or on mobile.

      The reference number was [protected].

      It was mentioned that I will receive a call in 2 hrs which I didn't get. It was almost 3hrs gone but nobody contacted fromyatra.com side. How irresponsible you guys are? Atleast if it is confirmed about the cancellation, I could book my room from other service providers as yours is very pathetic.
      I called customer care at 2.10 PM and the guy told he will call me and confirm within 30 mins, max within 2.45 PM.He never called.

      I called again at 3 PM and spoke to Mr. Sathish Kumar. He kept me on call and tried to verify and in the end connected me to Mr. Adhil who after 20 mins of making me wait on call booked the same hotel again from his side and sent me the voucher to my mail. He said it's confirmed.

      Check in date today 12th Feb..but when I reached the hotel at 5.30 AM they are saying hotel has not received any booking from Yatra.com.
      As the customer service was available only after 6.30, I had to wait on the road so early in the morning until they were available. Called at 6.30 AM and got in touch with Gowri Shankar ([protected]) who called the hotel owner and kept me in conference and finally they say the hotel's branch is in different area and asked me to go their. WheN I had booked for this branch how can I go to other area? How can a prestigious website like Yatra can be so cheap and irresponsible.

      I had to be on road for 2 hours and finally got the booking cancelled. Had to book a costly hotel as others were not available immediately. The number of calls I had from yesterday. With each call more than 20 mins long and time wasted on road is complete responsibility of yatra.com. I have taken this issue very seriously and for all the discomfort caused it's your responsibility to compensate.

      The money wasted on calls and new hotel booking should be compensated from Yatra.com. I will file a lawsuit as there is a complete negligence and the mental torture I had in this service.

      I got a call on 15th Feb regarding this issue and they said they will let me know about the compensation. I have not received any information regarding this issue after that. This is complete disrespect and I am in no mood to tolerate this discomfort and troubled experience from Cleartrip.

        I contacted Yatra.com on 15feb for a package to Malaysia for 2 and made the payment of Rs 70001 via credit card.
        Reference NO.# S677336 | Mr. Tarun Gupta x 02 pax | Malaysia package | 25 Feb.

        Now here starts the complete Fraud:
        1. I asked for 26 t0 2March, but i got an email for 25 Feb to 2March, 2014. Later on they said its a mistake and this is 25 Feb to 1 march.
        2. I was asked made the payment of 70000 (By Sidhant) and he told me send the scan copies of Passport.
        I did the same an after payment, I was told that their representative from Bangalore office will come to pick my documents for further processing and no action is required from my end.

        Now today on 16 Feb, I was called by Narmata to confirm the same and later i was told that i need to send my documents by Cargo by today only (On Sunday) at my own cost. But they themselves were confused wether to send my documents to Delhi or chennai. later on, I talked to Narmata regarding cost for courier and brought YOUSUF in call and i dont know what that guy was. He talked so badly and said that it is not their responsibility and even I send my documents and if visa would not processed on time then I have to bear the cost and they dont care about this. Why he was threatening my, I still dont know if he was a gangster or whatever he was??

        Now I m so fed up going here and there and still dont know what to do. I am raising this issue with 24 hours on this site to ensure that they dont harm me any more. I need my full return along with the apology letter from them.

        Yatra team please do not cheat people to make money everytime... It was my first anniversery and you have made it like a hell. If dont get the resolution by 17th, Feb i will either file a criminal case for fradulent activities and harassment.

        Below is the last email that I sent to Yatra after talking to Narmata as she has accepted that this is Yatra's fault and i should not bear any cost.

        As dicussed over the phone, please confirm what should be done now.

        Since I was misinformed about the package completely and it seems that this is not going to be feasible for you people to do the formalities on time.

        I was told earlier by Sidhant that I need to make the payment then someone from Bangalore team will pick my documents. Now today at 2 o'clock I was told that i need to send my documents by Cargo and i will have to bear the cost.

        I checked with the Cargo companies and they are going to charge me around 3000rs and afterwards, I have to go to airport to give the package which is not feasible as I have to travel almost 3 hours to reach to the airport.

        So I am not sure why I was misguided to take the money out of the pocket even when the package was not feasible as on the decided dates.

        Now I can only give my documents to the Bangalore office at the max if required and will not be responsible if anything goes wrong from your end.

        I NEED MY FULL REFUND OF Rs 70001 + 2% credit card (If any was deducted from my account) or else I have to take the court route to recover my account as this is not just a misguiding but a fraudulent & harassment case.

        Now do let me know your further action by tomorrow Monday (17 Feb) at max or else I will take the steps from my end by registering this case and which will hurt the creditability of Yatra.com as well. Since, I will go for a full case via Lawyer, to recover above mentioned amount along with Harrasment charges as I have been bouncing from one place to another since morning(16 Feb, 2014). Package confirmation date for 15th Feb, 2014.

        Presales I talked to Sidhant and post sales – Narmata & Yousuf (This guy is too arrogant and does not know how to talk the customer.)

        Narmata, as you have assured that you will try to get the full refund for this case as even you have agreed over the call that there was a mistake from Yatra.com not from the customer side.

          Dear Sir / Madam my booking reference is S636684 1. my wife name had been changed by ur executive mistake i travelled with my own risk.with wrong id proof by my own sources my judicial coat by my own lawyer... 2. hotel as per booking not good . i spend money for 3 star room but i got basic room in hotel as temperorary basis...& hotel room was very bad ... its full of rats he distroyed my sweet box i complaint to hotel manger for it... if i spend money for 3 star room why i lived in basic room.. 3 Mr Vinay sharma tone behaviour or dealing is ver good... but yatra.com experience is very bad... plz resolve my problem...& Soon i will Send u the consumer court notice..             Dear Team, Yesterday I have booked some tickets for my family (Yatra Ref No [protected]). I have selected the dates 16 March 14 to 20 March 14. But I was shocked when I got the tickets for 16 November 14 to 20 November 14. I have checked twice while booking the tickets. I cant afford the reschedule charges, I One again I am focusing on the fact that i have selected the correct dates. But the Yatra.com is completely denying from the fact. The total cost of tickets is Rs 31, 034 and the are charging Rs 21, 290 to reschedule/Cancel it. They will give me only Rs 9, 845 as balance amount in case of cancellation. This is pure cheating from customers by this website.

              I have made a booking for Goa from 8th to 11th feb and when I was making these booking I was told that your resort that is Osborne holiday resort is 3-4 star hotel, I made the payment and got the booking in hotel voucher and confirmation, now when it's just 7 days from my decided date I have got a call that says you ll have to change your hotel and the mail says your last hotel was 2 star hotel so we are giving you alternate option for another 2 star hotel, I mean what is that are you fooling your customers ?? Once you told its 3-4 star hotel and now saying it was 2 star, your agent told me that we just see the ratings on site and provide you the information, so is it our mistake that you do not have updated or right information ??? Or even I was never been told that it's 2 star hotel even after confirmation voucher. We want a same category hotel or you just deal with the flight we will deal with hotel thing. I gotta book these complain on consumer court as well, because that's not a customer satisfaction deal . I'm forced to adjust with things.

                Dear Sir/Ma'am

                My name is Yash Arya. I recently booked a ticket online from Delhi to Dublin with a stopover of 1 hr and 50 mins at Heathrow Airport London. At the time of booking not even a single information was provided on the website. I booked my ticket and made the payment of INR 31409 against the above travel.

                Later I was checking Makemytrip.com and got to know that for the same booking it is mentioned that a transit visa is required for UK. I called up yatra.com and enquired about the same and they arranged a call back for me and it was confirmed that I would need a transit visa. I requested yatra.com to re-route my travel but wasn't possible by the airline. I spoke to Shalini (em id 3978) and one of the Manager Named Prithvi Kumar (em id 5614) and tried to find out a solution. I explained them that yatra.com must provide such information on the website clearly so that constomers wouldn't get duped. At last they offered to me to cancel the travel and going to deduct Inr 8419 which is unfair. It happened because there is no transparency in their business practices. Why doesn't yatra.com provide the same visa information wherein make my trip doing the same. It is clearly unfair practices to gain business by putting others in trouble and inconvenience.

                Please look at this matter and help me. I reporting the same to BBB, Airline Trade Regulatory and Nascomm about the same.

                  I was trying to book hotel from yatra.com on 25th Jan 12 AM. I have chosen chekin date for 25th Jan 2014 for booking Godwin hotel in Goa. i have filled the form and credit card details and was waiting for something meanwhile the yatra.com booking page got refreshed and the booking dates automatically changed to 2-Feb-2014. I haven't noticed this change and accidentally i have filled credit card details again and pressed submit button. When i saw booking confirmation page i noticed there is fault in booking dates and i immediately contacted yatra customer care within 5 mins ( 25/01/2014 at 12.05 AM) and when i explain them problem they they said (very rudely ) they do not have any option to revert the transaction nor the transfer of booking.

                  My only question if you don't have option to cancel booking which is because of your websites faulty refresh setting ( I can prove this in front of anyone) then What is the use of your website ? for booking where there is full cancellation charges applied which is faulty booking

                  Can you please revert the transaction for the following booking which is waste of money ... ? it is future dated booking of 2nd Feb .. You can apply any admin fee but give me my money back I am not going for following booking anyways

                  Yatra.com is one of the biggest fraud portal I have ever seen. These guys will cheat if you dont pay attention while booking. I have expereienced similar kind problem while doing it through Yatra.com

                  Even most of the hoteliers from Goa are not happy with yatra

                  please dont use this portal for any ticket booking...my rating to Yatraa is -5
                  Its now more than 24 hours no one from yatra has acknowledged the complaint

                    I have booked my to and fro flight tickets(Jetkonnect) in yatra on23.01.2014 morning 9 AM.My amount of INR 3831 has been deducted.But ticket was not confirmed.While enquiring with customer support, they told that they will refund my full amount since ticket was not confirmed.But on the same day evening, I got the message from yatra my ticket will be confirmed on the congirmed tickets will be sent to me within 4 hrs.But so far I haven't received my tickets.Even if i want to trace my booking with ref number there is no record available in yatra.com.I am very much anxious about my money. Our customer experience team tried contacting but was unable to reach you. Due to technical error, the tickets could not get confirmed. We have processed the full refund of INR 3831 on 23rd Jan under booking reference n o# YT 12161958. An email was also sent on your email address on 24th Jan.

                    Since the transaction was done through Debit Card, it generally takes 7 to 10 working days for the amount to reflect in your account. Hence, you are requested to wait till that time and cross check the status of refund from the concerned bank after the completion of this period. We hope this helps resolve you concern.

                      I have booked this flight at 9:00 p.m. on 22/1/2014 and the payment has been taken from my card. Yet I have not received any confirmation of any sort. I have tried the customer care number given in the message 10 times now but it is switched off. On the customer care number on the site no personnel is picking up.                         Hi, This is regarding the mobile application snags of yatra.com the application is not up to the mark and misguides the customer while making the bookings. I have booked return journey ticket but only one way ticket has been booked. Now I tried and explained with all the proofs to yatra.com but their seniors are not ready to accept the mistake in their application & are adamant that I have to make a new booking & are neither ready to cancel my existing booking as per my request and asking me to pay penalties for cancellation its not that I am asking for my return ticket but at least cancel the existing booking.                           Hi, I used citibank debit card to book a ticket on 17 December 2013. The transaction failed but the amount was deducted. I have mailed [protected]@yatra.com repeatedly asking for 23 digit ARN (Acquirer Reference Number). They always provides me the order number[protected]-[protected] Citibank Bank Account Online[protected]:22 17461.00 DECLINED), but citibank cannot process the refund without ARN.                                 The tour was badly organized. The customer complaint service is really useless as I kept ollowing up with them until now for and finally they are saying they cannot return or process my claims. I am only asking for refund for the portion of the tour (excluding food and accomodation) which we missed due to 'Lehar'. Its been almost 30 days since i raised a complaint in the Yatra complaint center. We, me and my wife, booked for 'Brethtaking Andaman'. Tour started on 23rd Nov. We reached Portblair. 24th and 25th we had to stay in doors due to cyclone the port was closed and Yatra did not provide any alternative sight seeing for these two days. The next day, 26th was very very bad as the Yatra organizers left us in place called 'Chatam saw mill' and left for good!!! They did not accept calls from us. We had to manage and get on our own to the hotel!! As we missed three days of the itinerary, I am asking only for the below things. 1. The amount for cruiser portblair-Havelock - portblair(as the port authorities cancelled all the cruises, the money would have come back to Yatra as refund) - its is 2000 per person. 2.Snorkeling course + personal tool kit/equipment i.e 200+500=700 per person. 3.Amount spent on 26th Nov for travel arrangements and local sightseeing. The vehicle rent was 1600 for the half day. Total of 1600+(2X(2000+700))= Rs.7000 should be returned.

                                  booked hotel glow inn by reading the very nice reviews about it but later when i checked in nothing like that is here...at 7 degree temperature they just provide me one very thin blanket... cockroaches are moving in room and place is smelly...then i again opened yatra.com to check that in reviews it was soo good then i came to know that cheaters hav copied the reviews of some other hotel (hotel rama inn) here we 3are falling ill bcz of cold and dont have any representative to provo when i contacted them they are not providing any resolution wrost experience ever...unprofessional people surely i would love to avoid yatra.com as some good sites are still there and i will not mind paying 100-200 extra to get peace of mind

Ref: YATRA BOOKING No.S463639 As per our schedule, we returned on 16th Nove. 2011 from our above referred tour. 1)During the tour, we had arguments with yatra representative Mr.vijay at Portblair over not providing the meal i.e lunch or dinner. May i know why it was not provided ? The undersigned when read the final itinerary, the general terms and conditions mentions about (accommodation with breakfast and lunch or dinner).However the 'inclusions' shows ("Buffet meals-breakfast"). MrNikhil, from Aug.2013 to the date of departure; the undersigned understood as (breakfast and lunch or dinner.) Mr.Nikhil, why you never asked about lunch or dinner separately while booking the order ?(My answer is because it was a part of the your itinerary). Do you expect your customer booking a package of Rs.72160/- without a lunch or dinner offer ? Or is this a regular c hitting practice at YATRA.COM.? Why this confusion at Portblair ?This was a horrible experience and never expected with yatra.com We had phone-talk over the matter with Nikhil, Gopal, Manish and Vijay; but of no use. Mr.Nikhil as a marketing man promises something to the customer of which their operations department(Manish) is not aware off and in between the customer like us are facing the music at a distant place. 2)On 10th Nove.2013, our flight reached Portblair at 10.30 a.m. By the time we reached the hotel, the hotel breakfast time was over. At that point of time we had discussion with Mr. vijay for the breakfast for the day and lunch or dinner. However, he expressed his inability. 3)The initial itinerary given by (Nikhil) shows (2) days stay at Havelock, but the local yatra fellow Mr.Vijay sticked to one day stay only and followed the same...Why? 4)The itinerary mentions all charges like entrance fee to the museums, guide fees etc. are inclusive in the package cost. However, at the Portblair cellular jail we were asked to pay Rs.200/- to the guide This is as per the advise of the local yatra driver Mr.Kannam. Mr. Vijay of Yatra was not to be seen for the whole day. 5)The itinerary given by yatra.com i.e. initially as given by Mr .Nikhil or later on as e-mailed by Mr. Manish Srivastava were different and none of these were followed by the local yatra representative Mr.Vijay. For your e.g. as per the itinerary, we were supposed to go on the second day of tour to Havelock island i.e.on 11th Nove.2013.However Mr. Vijay planned it on 12th Nove.2013. Why? Only your Mr. Vijay can answer all these questions. Now as promised by Mr. Vijay, since there is a mistake at YATRA into the above case(which Mr.Pravin Bali has accepted in his mail WITH A POOR COMPENSATION AMOUNT); kindly try to compensate for the same AT THE EARLIEST.The undersigned requests you to inquire into all these allegation and reply back at the earliest. Yatra Ref [protected] The subject tickets 098-[protected]/[protected] & [protected] were cancelled and requested for refund. Please find the scan copy of the cancellation history PNR which was conveyed not clear by you for further process. Hope the scan copy will help in this regard for necessary refund process. However the cancellation penalty on this ticket is INR 1579 per ticket as per rule. You may feel free to contact us for further clarification if any. This seems to be a straight case of cheating as we have been told by numerous Air India employees that there are thousands of such cases and that most probably this money is being used to earn interest in the personal accounts of the top management of Yatra. We request you to please help us refund our tickets with interest and bring to light this mega cheating episode worth crores of rupees.

                                        Hi, My friend Shagun Mathur took the jet airways flight on 20th Nov from bangalore and reached Mumbai(PNR : NPBZKL), there was a 5 hour gap in the hopping flight from Mumbai to Jodhpur. She was sitting right in front of the gate and she was checking the board for status of the flight, till about 11: 10 am the status remained 'Security' and no announcement was made at all. So she had no way to know the flight was about to leave. when she finally inquired at the service desk at 11: 15 am they told the flight had already left and they had left the luggage as well. I cannot fathom how can they have time to leave the baggage at the terminal and not make a single announcement. The status boards are clearly not helping the passengers at all and in fact confusing them. at least a single hint to convey to the passenger the status of the flight would be sufficient for the passenger to not miss the flight. My friend was travelling alone on this route and that too for the first time. She had to face the trauma of being stranded on the mid way and the Jet airways authorities were not at all helping, The service of the Jet Airways flight is pathetic and need some serious amendments otherwise they will lose their passengers like us who have no other option than to trust the service of the flight. I and my family for sure will neither travel nor recommend Jet airways to anybody as a means for travelling to any part of the country. I asked for the refund at the jet airways ticket counter and again through email to their guest relations email. They said it will be refunded but will be done through your agent i.e yatra.com JET AIRWAYS reference number is BOM/CQ/AR/271113/7392359 Please help me get the refund. Thanks, Archit [protected]
