I have bought Dr aquaguard magna HD RO+UV product. All of a sudden the machine stopped working due to power supply issues. I have lodges a complaint in their customer care on 18th September 2016. I have AG classic aquaguard and I have renewed my AMC on 30th August, 2016. Some parts of my machine were required to be replaced in our machine. Since then I am continuously in followup with local service team and the central service team as well. But when we started to use it, dirt was coming. we called the person again on next day 28th which was a hartal in trivandrum, kerala. I had complained about the aquaguard water purifier, magna, purchased last year, and taken the amc 2 months back. Since taking the amc, the machine is not working properly.

I raised a complaint regarding my vacuum clear 1 month before and till now it is not closed. As soon as I registered I got call and they enquired whether it is within warranty period or not. When I confirm it is with in warranty no response at all. I would have called more than 50 times and every time they will ask the same thing about warranty. I have purchased above said product 8month ago. I had to registered complaint to service center 4 time to repair the same. After repairing again it becomes out of order after some period. To day serviceman repaired i. E on 28.09.16 but filtered water is coming with large bubble. Pl instruct the em to repair satisfactorily or otherwise replace the pieces.
