I bought Xolo Q1010i through amazon.in vide their bill dated 09.07.2014 and I used the handset till dated 28.07.2014. My handset had hang over and it is in build battery, so I am unable to remove the battery and I don't want to take any risk because it a brand new piece and also under warranty. i recently bought xolo A500 CLUB MOBILE . .within 20 days it was switched off suddenly and its nt turnig on .even when i put to charge its not showing any thing, .i feel very bad for buying this product. .and i request that company CEO TO GIVE THE REPLACEMENT FOR ANY PRODUCT DIFECTED. I purchased xolo q700i and there was a problem of defect in the display so i submitted my phone on 14/07/2014 to Technocare which is at lajpat nagar. Without asking they updated the software of the phone instead of replacing the display.
