I have paid the above company full and final payment on 5th feb 2018 with a commitment that the product will be delivered to me on or before 23ed feb 2018. Till date whenever i call up 21 activa executive who is handling my case mr sudesh [protected], i am getting replies stating we will revert back. Till date i have np confirmation regard to confirm delivery date of the said bike. When honda take 100% down paymement, honda should have and keep the capacity to deliver and not only take advance payment and use those funds free of cost without giving service to the customer who has paid them expecting that they will get the delivery on time. If you can not give the delivery commitment then you have no right to demand 100% payment in advance. Let me know your course of action and i need honda to compensate me for the substantial delay.
