3 Willis E Venture Pvt Ltd. — cheating of my money

I have paid to this company account on 06.03.2018 of rs. 6900.00 on account of purchase of some dress materials. Their account number where i deposited money is as follows:
Account holders name: shatabdi pandey
Account no.[protected], icici bank. Ifsc icic0000571. According to them their office is inwz-303, palam, new delhi. They gave me their gst no. It is09adkfs4661a1z1. Now they dont receive my call and not sending my order. I asked them several times to send my money through wats app but they are not paying any heed to my request.
