This is with regards to a very disappointing experience at a high end luxury salon @a’kreations hair & beyond located in Bandra Mumbai..I am a regular client at this salon and have been since over 2yrs now and spent way more than few lacs..on 12/4/22 I had visited with my Mom and Niece and spent close to 20k on the services since I was in a hurry I did not get into a detail discussion regarding the haircut of a 6yr girl for whom they charged haircut rate of full adult..On 16/4/22 my second visit this week for My Dad n my haircut(even today we spent close to 13k) and after taking the services while making the payment out of concern I asked the front desk staff why I was billed a full rate for a 6yr old whereas even in uk Salons they charge half rate for kids and to my surprise and sheer disappointment out of nowhere a staff by the name Vaishali Interrupted saying this is what the rate is while the conversation was not even with her and this is the second instance of her misbehaviour, first instance was on 12/4/22 when even though she wasn’t spoken to she interrupted and was really rude in her remarks in terms of the billing ..I urge the management to look into this matter with seriousness because such poor level of customer service is not appreciated and not welcome at all..Even after highlighting her mistake the other staff had apologised but Vaishali continued her work and ignored the bitter experience caused by her she was least bothered to even realise her mistake ..This is really disappointing because the stylist whom I usually hire (Ram Gore) who is a style director so I guess it’s clear that spending a bit extra money is not a concern, the real issue is that i have never seen this ugly side of customer service ..And I am awaiting a response with details of the corrective action taken against the staff by the name Vaishali
