    Hi team,
    I have made a merchant payment via UPI from my ICICI BANK ACCOUNT and money is not deposited into merchant's account.

    I got the details from my bank and amount was deposited into some AXIS BANK ACCOUNT

    IFSC : UTIB0000000

    Could you please help me in getting the refund to my ICICI bank account.

      Without my knowledge the charges are getting deducted from axis Bank. Recently amount got deducted as it says TIPS/SCG/MCC .
      Request you to look into this matter. It's a serious issue. Happening with many customers.
      Also initiate my refund ASAP within 07 days. Otherwise will file a FIR against this and will make sure to seue in court.

        I am having an account in Axis Bank Surendranagar branch with Cust. ID[protected]. And from my end my registered email ID is asha.[protected]@yahoo.com and registered mobile number is [protected]. For Cust. ID[protected], all credit/debit transaction even OTP I have received on my mobile number [protected]. But not received any sms regarding updating of profile and block the account from your end. Snapshot of the received SMS in [protected] is attached for reference.

        I have not requested to any updation of email ID/mobile number to axis bank and no any reference ID generated from axis. Copy of the report downloaded from axis app. is attached herewith for reference. After so many complaints not resolved by Axis bank and also axis bank replied wrong registered email ID: [protected]@GMAIL.COM and wrong mobile number:[protected]. This is not pertaining to me for my account Cust. ID.[protected].
        This is cant acceptable at all. How can I accept this ????????
        Who was linked the other details with this account with Cust. ID[protected] without my authorization???? As mentioned in your site “Any transaction in the account that was not authorized directly by the card / account holder is considered to be a fraudulent transaction.” In this way it’s a matter of fraud.
        Due to fault and failure to give proper services by axis bank, my respect in the society is being eroded by the return of the cheque; and financial loss; it is only due to the axis bank. Who is responsible for that??????????
        I request you to investigate on this matter as soon as possible and resolve the issue

          Hi Team,
          I am a manual tester and as I was going through the application, I found a bug so wanted to let your team know about it.

          While CONFIRM PAY during the payment of credit card bill

          The Mpin module and the and the keyboard just overlap with each other so the user is not able to check whether the pin is entered or not.

          It is a major issue from UI perspective,
          Please look into this.

            I have applied for an Axis bank select card after getting a promotional email from the bank. i applied all the KYC, and everything went well. But they replied and denied the card approval with the below email.

            "We have reviewed your card application, and as per our internal policy, we cannot process your request at this stage."

            it looks like a vague process and reply, as I hold quite a good financial status. CIBIL is 789. What is the internal reason, it is funny, but I am not sure if I have any personal dispute with Axis.

            I think I am fulfilling all the criteria to get the card, and I don't think any reason can be internal in it, but they do not share any reason to get it even.

            I am quite sure I will not recommend Axis bank ever to any of my knowledge, i have closed my account as well because it looks like they are not professional at all. and yes, I am still healthy, wealthy, and without an Axis card. haha

                This side rohit from jalandhar punjab
                i apply a lap loan from axis bank we got 2 sanction letters from bank, and said us to submit all orignal documents to bank and they transfer amount within 3 days . but after submit full documents we are looking many officers and dse for our current status but they dont respond us properly,
                we already pay many types of fees for it,
                now i request bank to close my file refund my money and return my all orignal documents because i am harrased by bank employees as we as dsa .
                i dont find any resolve after mailed to nodal officer and no relible response from bank officers
                these type of officers give a bad mark on bank name

                    I have been maintaining my axis credit card for last 3 years. Presently i have been facing some financial problems. I unable to pay the credit card dues regularly. I would like to close/settle my credit card by paying 20% of the present outstanding amount due to my financial and other domestic problems. Please consider my case and settle the amount accordingly.

                        Axis bank PL - Customer care told NOT ABLE TO CONTROL COLLECTION BY THEM

                        So I have raised complaints with RBI and sent the copy to Axis Bank Nodal Officer also.

                        why not those labours of Axis Bank call my Advocate and follow him, as per RBI Norms.

                          Axis bank PL - Replied Legal Notices - collection torture from multiple numbers for several times in a day

                          Why not following RBI Rules, I wil file complaint against AXIS bank to RBI today.

                          Ridiculously torturing me and lost my strength to pay the dues.

                          Why he called my Father and Brother Daily and torture to the core.

                            I'm new to the credit card, and I have axis bank flipkart card, I'm not aware of overlimit charges in the First month I have turned on (Given consent) to the overlimit usage and unfortunately I have spent over my credit card limit and the 500 rs charged, then after this I have turned off the overlimit usage(not given consent) and also not spent that much but bank charged another 500 rs, i request bank for reversal of 500rs

                              I was Axis Bank account holder they are taking consultation charges are too much and every month my savings account is going to mines balance. If I have visited nearest branch they are not responding correctly not give full information where I will get information?

                                I have two axis credit cards and below is one of them.

                                My card was cancelled automatically without informing me.
                                I called customer care but they said it was cancelled due to many transactions happening in Gpay. Actually when I was applying for a card they said that you have an offer in gpay for this card, So i am using this card for gpay transactions mostly.
                                But now this card has been cancelled due to more gpay transactions.
                                I am paying bills without delay, not exceeding credit limit and also they should inform me before itself when they are cancelling the card if any such type of transaction or if they have any limit for gpay transactions.
                                I have other cards but I am using only this card as im getting cash backs.. If they give prior intimation at least one month before then I can use other cards instead o[censored]sing this.
                                I lost 8000 cash back because of this.

Still lien is not removed from my account of rs 21713. And this amount is already paid on dated 02 dec 2022. And still i didn't get my experience letter.

                                      With guidance of Advocate, I sent all documents to Nodal Officer and process going on. Meanwhile Collection Agent Shanmugaraj calling me from multiple mobile number and talking me inappropriately to trigger me to scold and he also calling my father number and shouting at him.

                                      Then why this Grievances Process.

                                      Are they collection agents are really Axis bank people?

                                      Axis PL is under loan settlement. Legal Notices were replied by Advocate as and when necessary. Still Daily morning 9 am to 10 am person from KODAMBAKKAM, CHENNAI branch calling and torturing me to pay immediately. I dont know how whether they are trained for banks or for COLLECTION TORTURES. Whethery they have sense or not... In frurstratin I am asking.

                                      I have to rasie complaint with RBI Only no ther way.
