I had closed the loan on 27th Jan through UPI, but amount again got deducted on 29th, there is not customer care no. to raise request. I want my money back

Payme india provided Rs.5000 loan. I already paid 1900 in the beginning. They later asked me to pay 5000 more to close the loan.
The agents called all my contacts individually and harrassed everyone stating I gave their number and took loan. They didn't even convey that they are calling by pulling up my contacts.

I have paid my loan amount through upi and also you have auto debited from my bank account.Rs.3114/ of mine is paid double time.kindly check and refund it immediately.thank you!
