Dear Sir,

I had submitted my PF Form to RKPL pune office in Feb 2009. I personnely met the company authority for My PF Settlement. They had given me Mobile number of Mr. Sumit who is looking for PF and accounts. I have rang up on the number lots of time but he will not pick up phone & vists Pune office many time. Now i can't under stand whom should i have to contact to resolve my problem....

ATM cash deposit showing less in my account

Hi,

I am holding a citibnak ac num [protected]. On 1st jun 09 I have deposited cash of 40k through ATM location:II-ramyclg bel rd itl blr. but from the citibank it got credited 39k to my account.there is a 1k less in my account.
I have given complaint against it but not yet resolved.
I got a call from the callcenter and they informed me that the deposited amount was only 39k, when it is 40k.

Reducing the credit limit drastically without prior notice

I have been using citibank credit card for the past 4 years. The credit limit of almost 1.1LAKHS was all of a sudden reduced to 10000, without any prior notice. I was surprised when the card was declined at a PoS. All these had happened inspite of paying off the total amount due/ much more than minimum amount due amount every month. Cash Deposit not credited

Citi Bank has a very abnormal policy that when you deposit cash across the counter at their branch they dont credit it at the same time instead they take the whole day to credit the money into our accounts. Blank calls and multiple calls for due date reminder

I am a citibank credit card holder and have been getting calls from so called customer care as a payment due date reminder calls day in day out. These are not calls made for late payment or payment recovery. It's pure DUE DATE REMINDERS. Salary Account

Respect Sir/Mam,

I left bangalore last year with some Rs 6000 in my citi bank salary account, I didnt used my account for more than some 9 months and Citi bank people converted my account into saving accounts without letting me know about it.

Their new policy of this conversion came in July 2008 but it was not informed to me about this and after conversion, they start deducting Rs 250 every month without letting...

tata indicom bill desk fraud on credit card

... i just got a bill from citibank and it consisted 2 charges from tata indicom bill desk... one for Rs. 2499.00 and another for Rs. 1999.00 .. this is disgusting...i have spoken to the customer care and they say "since the cvv number has been used, You 'll have to pay the bills"

Processing Auto-Debit from Airtel on a Invalid and Blocked Card

Since Jan-09, i have been facing issues with Airtel regarding incorrect bills and unable to charge them.
I had given a CitiBank First Citizen Credit Card to Airtel in Sep-08 for auto debit. After 3 months my credit card was replaced as validity was over. Airtel updates me, as your Credit Card does not match and thus Auto-Debit cannot work.

Problem even after loan is cleared
