Afl Wiz Express (A Division Of Afl Pvt. Ltd.) — Gods are not delivered by courier agency

(Subject: Never ever send any courier through AFL WIZ Express.)

I recently asked my friend to send me my 2- Sony Camcorder cassette and 2-DVD via courier(from Cuttack to Orissa). He had sent it through AFL WIZ EXPRESS(Shipment number[protected] Surajit Das). My worst luck. Although we had both heard its good company its actually a bogus company. I only received my DVDs both the Sony D8 Camcorder Video -2 quantity are stolen. The parcel in paper was torn and it was nicely packed inside a cellophane wrapper. My wife received it but didnt bother to open the cellophane translucent wrapper to chekc the contents inside. When I opened it the2 DVDs were present but the 2 camcorder cassettes were missing.

I called the call centre for AFLWIZ in hybd @[protected] six times. To my astonishment they don't have any facility to take down complaints as per all the call centre agents I spoke. They gave me the branch office location for Hyderabad. I called around 11 times than was able to speak to some guy who told you need to check it from the source office in Cuttack,Orissa. I called the branch office in cuttack and they told we have sent it intact to hyderabad. Now there is no other way to track it.

My advice to everyone to be on the safe side never ever use AFL WIZ express courier service. Its the worst courier you can expect.
