I am smal dealer for Industrial Tooling. I am 100% depend on Courier Service.
I must get material in sharp time to remain customers order. But I am very angry on DTDC Courier Service. Delivery very late & Irresponsible. I have mailed them before 2 days before but not reply received till now.

please check the doc. no.[protected] booked on 17.04.2010. It is received on 01.05.2010. Nipani is City, not outside also. How can we make business depending on these hopeless courier peoples?
when other services I am getting sharp on 3rd working day after booking.
I have onother one need to come doc. no.[protected] booked on 27.04.2010. I will loos my business if it will reach after 3rd may.
