Fairdeal Hyundai Ranchi — Non Delivery of Courier

I has booked i20-asta(white) on 11 feb 2011, but dealer is no releasing my car till date.i am cdr.santosh bhattacherjee(retd).from fairdeal hyundai mr.shyam singh is not responding my call.fairdeal tell documents has done from CSD depot ramgarh and car is ready in stock.but they are not release my car, and not sending mail scan copy of LS order copy.i am very upset with fairdeal hyundai and his representatives.
