[Resolved]  Health Insurance Policy — Delayed service on very trivial issue which can be done instantly, when Royal Sundaram is nothing to lose

I had recieved the renewal of the above policy with 10000 and odd amount for which i had authorised to debit vide my card in Royal Sundaram tear- off slip and sent it vide thier Business reply envelope on 2nd April.

1,Today the 4th April 2012 i get an sms which states that my premium amount has been hiked to Rs11112/ due to hike in service charges

2, I called Royal Sundaram Customer service number [protected] and spoke to Ms Mary at 1.11pm explaining the above and adviced her to enhance the amount and debit the card.
3, She tried connecting the concerned dept and concerned dept has replied through Mary that they will revert to me by 24 hrs.

This is absolutely pathetic services

4,Further i tried calling[protected] which is a corporate office at 1.21 pm Nobody cares to lift the phone.

I regret that why i have made this floater policy to me and my wife, to add to my woe i have done similiar medical insurance to my daughter and son

I feel pathetic for having made this mistake.

Can you people respond

It is dismal and sad that i have already paid premiums for last 4 years without a reminder.

ROYAL SUNDARAM CANNOT AFFORD TO TAKE THIER OWN SWEET TIME TO RESPOND TO THE CUSTOMER, THIS SHOWS THIER COMMITMENT TO CUSTOMERS

Health Insurance Policy — submitted a claim but cheque not yet cashed

Sir

I Mohd. Yousuf Khan, resident of Hyderabad, taken a Health Insudance policy having No. 4034/HIR/04908144/00/000, card No. IHPN[protected]/01, I submitted a claim through TTK Healthcare TPA Pvt., Ltd., and received a cheque through Professional Curior Service cheque bearing No. 13622699, Dated: 13-8/2009, for Rs. 9149/- the same deposited into my account, till now it is not cleared/credited into my account, so many times I telephoned at your Mumbai Office and here at TTK Health care Office at Kukatpaly, Hyderabad, but no body is responding me properly.

Hence I request, kindly enquire what is what, if any thing is wrong with the cheque, please issue me a fresh cheque as early as possible.
