[Resolved] Hyundai Power / Battery — no response from company after lodging compalin on cmpany"s website on 09.10.2010
The company ie. Hyundia Power seems to have taken sleeping pills afyer selling their products i.e. alkaline batteries.
A complain was logged on their website.
The website doen't give any consumer complain number or any future reference number.
My contact detail was also given in complain registration form, but the company is not enthusiastic to make a response call/visit.
While selling the product it was said that, a company service person will visit and on site warranty will be provided, on any complains. But, now the case is hopeless.
It seems I have no other option then to go the consumer forum & bring the company to legal consequences.
