i have sent a parcel on 14 /1/2010 from( kolkatta) by ems speed post for( U.S.A.)TO MY DAUGHTER prity bengani ,for her birthday on 30th january ..but i am very sorry to say you till 30th january after 18 days ,it will not reach there till now..............the speed post ems service for international .it will take maximum 7 to 10 days ...........
i am complainig you and wanted to know why my parcel has not deliever there (u.s.a)till now after 18 days .................i have sent with my love feelings to my daughter for 30 th january ( on her birthday).................and request you to send her this parcel immediately ..................i dont know because of your delay delivery the snakes and sweets wll be stay in gud condition or not .................

I had sent a document on 16th of November by speedpost, to USA, hoping that, the document will reach on time, in 7-10 days (they told me in 4 days !).
To my utter surprise, the package never reach USA, (New Jersey), at all, but in the speedpost tracking, it showed, undelivered, lying in Austria !!!
I was not able to understand, why is it lying in Austria, when it was supposed to get delivered in USA. I cannot buy the idea, that Department of Post of India, couldn't find USA on the map of the World.
They took Rs.1000/- for this service and after lodging the complaint to them, the package got returned back, but the purpose for which the package was sent, got defied and was completely wasted.
I want my money back, as there is a serious deficiency in service on part of Deptt of Post.
They closed my complaint. Now I will file it in consumer redressel forum.
It is my humble request to everyone, don't use Speedpost, it has given me the worst experience. The phonenumbers of the people or the email mentioned in the speedpost, does not work.
