I have a Nokia set 7610. I have been rush to Nokia care center Vee Dee Techno services 125/75/L- block govind nagar Kanpur on date 09.05.2011 due to a problem in my phone frequently switched off after 03 to 04 Hrs. Job receipt No. 11050922. Vender ensure that he rectified the problem according to vender it basically a software problem in your set and he takes Rs 330.00 as a service charge for the job. After one day of service problem is as such as before no improvement in the problem. After telephonic discussion with vender regarding the problem again he call me for rush to service center. I have been again gone to the said care center and handed over the set for repairs on 16.05.2011 job no[protected] . He say after 04Hrs . that your motherboard is totally dead and nothing is remain in this set .
My question is it a proper care of a Nokia Service center to damage the phone and say nothing is remain.? He is just to cheat me. Please take a strict action against vender and compensate my phone loss.
