[Resolved]  Naptol I Phone — Defective MOBILE HANDSET

Dear Sir,
I purchased a Mobile Handset through ONLINE I paid Rs 5200/- including Delivery Charges, as advertised I found that there was no Invoice for the Hand Set no guarantee card, as advertised it was found that was no 2 GB Micro SD card, no USB cable no Radiation guard , when I inserted SIM CARDS there was no response for the sim signals I even replaced the Sim CARD from VODAFONE GALLERY they informed me that the I need not replace old SIM as it is workin. I charged the Mobile PHONE for 10 Hours for the first time, even though the Phone was no in use the Battery got discharged and it failed to charge again. I contacted the customer care several times and every time after holding for 7 to 10 minutes I get a reply that their Server is not working. I want the Phone to be replaced or my Money back.
