I had a booked a courier through Pafex Courier Service to be delivered to Oakridge School in Khajaguda, Cyberabad PO, Hyderabad from HAL Stage II, Bengaluru on 12-Nov-2009. The consignment number is[protected].
The consignment did not reach the intended party but finally returned to the courier franchisee after 10 days. I wrote an email to Ms. Aarti Tanwar, Customer Service, Pafex Courier (Email: [protected]@pafex.com and [protected]@pafex.com) requesting for the reason for non-delivery of the courier and the refund of the amount paid for the service. Till date, I have not recieved any reply.
I advice them to at least ensure that they refund back the booking money to avoid legal hassles and paying up compensation and other legal charges.

Pafex — Non delivery of courier
I was dispatched a courier with tracking number #[protected]. The courier has not been delivered to me but the tracking system on the website says that it has been delivered to my place and somebody named "Amarjit" has received it. There is no body by that name in my place. I had placed a feedback/query on the pafex website but there has been no response from their side, hence have submitted this complaint. It is a very difficult situation as their is no contact number of the company to contact.
