Personal — Non delivery of my consignment

Sir,

I had booked two letters vide Docket No.[protected] to an addressee in Bangalore and one more No.[protected] to Kolkata. The same were very urgent as the matter pertained to invitations for an exhibition in from 01 FEB 09 .Unfortunately none of the two have reached there destination till date.
While tracking on I find that the first one has not been delivered on the pretext that the address is wrong. This is absurd. The address is complete and 100% correct.
While the second one has been sent some where else after it reached Kolkata.Will you pl. look in the mater and do the needful.

Personal — Non Delivery of consignment

I have booked a consignment for Kolkata on 24/03/2010. the item has not been delivered so far and in spite of repeated follow up at Kalighat office the answer is delivery boy has gone to deliver.The status in tracking is as under:
