[Resolved]  phoenix courier — cheating

hi,
i had sent a parcel to my sister in usa through phoenix courier. i called them a few times before sending the parcel and they told me that if i come before 8 pm, then the parcel will go same day. they said they will do packing and everything.
i went on 23 april to the courier company in vile parle east. the person saw and arranged all the goods (mostly farsan items) in the box. since my sister had a requiremen of deodrants, i had also packed 3 bottles, which he said will go. i requested him to send parcel same day as my sisters birthday was on 29, and we were sending items for the same. he assured me that the parcel will reach on 27 and not even 28th! he took 2450 for 7 kilos, plus 10.2% taxes and since he was sending by ups, he added 13% as fuel charge.
i was told that i can check the website and will get updated on the status of the parcel. i tried, but did not get any information. so i called them on 27 tuesday, to check what had happened as my status did not show anything. the person, did not tell me that they had registered the parcel with airlines only on 25th, keeping it for 2 days with them. also, the deo bottles were not sent and were returned, which i came to know later. after a lot of phone calls, he did send back the bottles and the extra amount i paid, but my parcel is still travelling somewhere.
now, when i call this person, he dosent pick up phone and when he talks, he tells me that its too bad that my parcel has not reached. earlier, i have bveen sending parcels thro speed post, and they have reached within 5 working days, but it has been 10 days since i sent the parcel, and its still now where near delivery!
i really dont know what this guy is upto, so can anyone help me in taking action against this person? god knows how many people he would have fooled till now, taking extra money on the name of delivering faster!
