policy no.[protected] &[protected] — my residential address used by another policy holder

Dear Sir,
With reference to the above mentioned policy please note that you have issued the bond in the name of Shailendra Kumar Pathak and Manju Pathak in my residential address.

In this respect I would request you to please make an enquiry that how you have issued the bond when they are not living at 1703, Naskarhat Dakshinpara, Kolkata-700 039.

Further I would also request you to lplease look into the agency code no.1074941J as your agent has misdeclared and doing illegal works which please enquire.
