I sent an speed post (by mistake) to my parents at Sunuri, PO Sunuri Dt Purulia in West Bengal PIN 723121 from my work place at Indian Air Force Station Hindan, No 28 Wing, AF near Ghaziabad UP PIN 201004 on 25 sept 09. To my surprise the Speed post No EU[protected] IN weighing is not yet deliverd till date(21 oct 09) . It is shameful that a Dept like this gets a complaint of this nature. Please acknowledge me that the delivery will take how many days from now ! Please suggest me the legal action may be taken to compensate the delay on the delivery of post.

To day we have received a speed post from our relative.
Sir,
One person called me by phone 50626112 He is telling that he will delivery if the address is in the door or else he would not deliver the post. and also he told me that the letter will kept with Mr. ragu and collect with him.

I regret to write this letter to your kind consideration and advise to the staff of your department, since we are getting ordinary post in the same post office regularly.But this is the first time such a reply we get. Is this the way to deliver the Post i.e. SPEED POST" His comment is like he is the supreme. We have to go and collect in the post office that is in Peenya Industrial Area. Solicit your reply and refund the money which we have paid for the post.
