I wish to bring to your kind notice the painful functioning of Postal department.
I had remitted through Money Order no.008 for a sum of Rs.680/- on 27/11/09 addressed to "The Consulate General Belgium, Mumbai " as an emergency for administrative purpose, on behalf of my husband who is ailing.
I realise that this amount has not reached Mumbai as on date. Are we living in the pre-historic age or in the age of Technological advancement. Please let me know as to why I should not claim adequate compensation for this inefficient service.
