[Resolved]  Pragati Express Courier Service (DTDC Branch) — Parcel not delivered to the destination

I had sent a parcel through Pragati Express Courier Service (DTDC Branch, Borivali - W) on 5th April 2010 from Mumbai to New York. On 8th April, the person named Mr. Trushal Mehta gave me a tracking nos [protected] to track the shipment. Till date, this parcel has not been delivered. When I called to enquire about this, they did not give any correct information or reason for the delay.
