[Resolved]  Remson Home Applicances — Electric Hot Plate - Remson Cheaters

I had purchased an Electric hot plate of Remson from Ratna Fan house, Chennai on 12th April 2009. The dealer had sold the product with an one year warranty card of the product and the all India Service centre list of Remson. Product has been brought to Mumbai and used only once in the month of May 2008. When we tried using the same in March 2010, the product was not working. We tried calling all the service centre numbers in the list which was given by the dealer at the time of purchase. It was pathetic to find that all the numbers are wrong. What kind of company is this? Only Mumbai number was correct but as per their confirmation they do service only for waterheaters and geysers of Remson and not any other product. If the company cannot provide service as per their warranty card, why they are running the company and cheating the customers??? I had wasted calling all India, just to know the service centre number of Remson who can do the servicing. Horrible product and I never advice anyone to go for this product. Anybody reading this complaint, do not trust Remson, they are cheaters!!!!!!
