Dear Sir,
I am Dheeraj , a resident of Saharanpur,UP. I had to buy a form o[censored]PSC from the HPO saharanpur,i reached the post office by 4 pm on 23 feb 2010, but the lady sitting in the counter denied to give the form and said there time of working is over , but as per the board hanging the working hours are till 5 pm , when i enquired about it , one person from the post office came and shouted at me , when i enquired about the post master,Mr. M K Verma , he was also not present.This shows a major flaw in the government systems.
Please do something , so that in future if some person has emergency, he doesn't face this .
