worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

i have purchased samsung corby plus pro B5310 dt:23.07.2010 and i faced touch screen problem in Dec'10. i handedover phone to your samsung service centre in anna nagar(hi tech solutions) on 7th Jan'11 and till date problem not been recovered. service centre guys says that they are waiting for borad from their factory.
i don't know how to recover with this problem.
i purchased this phone for Rs.10, 500 in universal mobile centre and within 6 months i am facing my set with defects and still problem has not been recovered.

I have bought a mobile phone model C-3200 from a reputed store named S.B. Communication, Jalan market, (Ph-[protected]) here at Asansol on 17.09.2010. But from the day I bought it I faced a lot of software problems but the most criticizing one being that often all by itself both all my messages from the Sentbox and Inbox get deleted and thereby I can neither read nor write messages coupled with Display, Sound and many other problems. When I went to the Samsung Service Center the behaved extremely rudely with me time to time.I adjusted myself at any cost. But this time the rough behaviour of the Service Center has broken my strength of endurance and compelled me to write this complaint against a respectfull company like SAMSUNG. Respected SirMadam I kindly request you to pay head to whatever I have written.Now this new set is nothing but show piece. You may enquire at the shop also from where I had bought.

A Samsung Model No C5212 was purchased by me on 07.06.2010 vide No, IMEI No, *353350/03/316775/2* for Rs. 4700/- from Electronic Zone, B-6, Butler Plaza, Civil Lines, Bareilly vide Bill No.303 in the name of Hari Prakash whose
mobile battery back up is very poor mobile is regularly hacked and sound system is not responding wel. I have been doing complaints many times to customer care centre but there is no response for this complaint number.
I request you to kindly get it replaced or do something from which the mobile seems to be new. Other wise I take action to the company and go to the consumer court.

I purchased samsung corby pro mobile from Planet M few months back. After three months it was started showing some complaints as follos:-
1) Camera switching on automatically and keep on taking pictures automatically.
2) Phone hangs while the above started happening.

I went to samsung service center in kerala (kollam) and they said some parts needs to be changed and the same has to come from cochin (kerala) as it is out of stock now. They told me that it will take 3-4 working days. After one week when i approached them, they told me that the parts are not available in cochin and they have asked their banglure office to send the parts.

I asked them for any contact number of cochin or banglure office, so that i can confirm with them regarding the availability of spare parts. The service centre personnel was reluctant to give me the contact number. Then I asked them my complaint registration number in the service center. They checked their register and found that no one has registered the complaint in the register only. And the personnel were fighting each other, arguing with each others duties and responsibilities in front of me.

I contacted the Manager of the service center (Mr.Sreekumar) and informed him the problems I am facing from the service center. He accepted my mobile on 21.01.2011 and given me a receipt for that. He assured me that he will take care of the same and will return the mobile after repairs in 2--3 days time.

Since 24.01.2011 till to-day I am calling the service center everyday and the reply is standard "will give you in 2 to 3 days time".

Sir, Please note that the Beauvoir of the staff including mr. Sreekumar is very very POOR.

My last resort is to inform you. Kindly do the needful and help me as soosn as you can.

I do agree with you. I'm going through the same problem. The keys of my B5310 stopped working. So i submitted my mobile to TECHNO CARE NOIDA on 17 th Jan. Whenever I ring them they say that the motherboard has not reached them from the factory. Today 28 days have passed. Meanwhile, I just did not purchase Samsung Ace and went for Sony Ericsson. Samsung is losing out on customers. There problem of motherboard will never be resolved.

I am having Samsung C 5212. and now its time to change the battery. so I went in Authorised Samsung service centres located in different cities. I got pricing and warrenty of the same kind of battery. They are as follows,

Samsung M2710 Mobile — Mobile handset problem

Dear Sir,

I was not aware that i will have to undergo lot of hardships when i bought a new mobile on 3/6/2010. My friends had warned me about Samsung not being a good Company, but ignoring them i went ahead and bought the handset

On 8/2/2011 the mobile went off, so i went to the dealer from whom i had purchased the set who in turn sent me to your Samsung Authorised Service Centre, 2, Jagdish Building, Plot No. 185, Opp Fine Arts, 15th Rd Chembur, Mumbai- 400 071 Tel : 25292604. They told me that there is a software problem and will call me back when it is done. Since there was no response from them even after 8 days i contacted them over phone. They told me that the work is being done and it will take some time. I waited patiently and still there was no response from the. Then on 25/2/11 i contacted your Area Manager Mr. Vaibhav who told me that he will look into the matter and asked me to contact him after half an hour. But he refused to take my phone inspite of my trying for thewhole evening. I could subsequently get in touch with him on Friday and he connected me through conference call to one Mr Rishabh of the Service Centre who said that there is some miscommunication and the handset is ready and i can collect it in the evening. When my daughter went to collect the same in the evening they made her wait and told her that there is a software problem. I again immediately contacted Mr Vaibhav who told me that he will look into the matter and called me back in 10 mins saying that there is misunderstanding and the set is ready and you can collect Since it was already late in the evening my husband went the next day i.e 26/2/2011 to collect the same After making him wait for half an hour they again said that there is some problem with the software and you will get it on Tuesday. I again tried your Mr Vaibhav who refused to pick up the phone

I think that i have wasted enough of my time going through all the misunderstanding and miscommunication of your so called efficient staff. I would request you to please look into the matter at the earliest or else i may have to take up this issue with the higher authorities.

i purchased samsung corby pro gt-b5310 on[protected] from MOBILEWALA, CHAWALA MARKET, SHOP NO. 5, KANPUR with bill no. 8027.But i face a lot of problems just after 1 week.it has problems like-restart, not connecting pc, hangs up, also some java application not support, some non comand files open automatically, software problems ect.Ya ihave gone sarvice centre near motijhil, kanpur but after this my handset gets more problems.i am too sad with samsung corby, so please help me for countinuing believing on samsung, either replace or refund my money.

We purchased a samsung mobile model E2120i on 12.06.2010 from poorvika Mobile world, Puducherry with one year warranty but it switched off automatically 15 days ago under warranty. At the same day we submitted it through Poorvika Mobile world to Sri Padma Customer care, Puducherry. They told me get it back within two days. Whenever we went to the service center the repeated the same statement again and again: "Come after two days''. After complaining here and there, at least they request us today: come and receive your mobile within half an hour. i am very sad to say Samsung mobile customer care is very poor and the quality of the mobile also so bad. i humbly request you to NEVER BUY SAMSUNG MOBILE ON ANY REASON at the same time we recommend NOKIA.

my mobile samsung SGH - C210 is getting switchedd off regularly i.e when i try to message and sometimes it automatically switches off .. I changed its battery also but still it has the same problem.. where will we get the new mobile battery(Model - SGH-C210) at Ernakulam

I HAVE PURCHASED MODEL B7620 ON 16/03/10. THIS IS A PREMIUM MODEL - GIORGIO ARMANI . BUT SURPRISED TO FOUND THE PROBLEMS WITH TOUCH SCREEN. WHEN APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTRE FIRSTLY THEY CHANGED THE TOUCH PANEL. BUT EVEN THE PROBLEM WAS NOT SOLVED. AGAIN I DEPOSITED THE SET FOR 7-8 DAYS. BUT STILL SAME PROBLEM IS CONTINUING.
