[Resolved] SBI Dooravaninagar — Service is too bad... horrible experience
Dear Chief Manager,
Today morning i had a very experience with dooravaninagar branch.
I went at 9 AM to get a DD for my ICWAI Exam application & was the FIRST person to present DD challan & challan to transfer amount from my account.
Actually, for 1/2 hour no person came to the seat. Finally, a lady came & started the computer. She acted as if she was using computers for the first in her life.
Even though i requested her, she started giving DD's to others but not to me. At 10:45, she told that there is no balance in my a/c.
I have few questions:
1. Why there is not queueing system ?
2. does it really take 1 hour 45 minutes to issue 1 DD ?
3. Does the staff know how to operate computers ? I feel, they are old enough to do some clerk jobs instead playing with cusotmer lives...
do you know, my last date of DD submission for exams was today & i took 1/2 day off at office.
Why she didn't process my DD first ?
4. At 11 AM, i drew cash & went to her requesting to process it again. She just tore my old challan.
When i asked about this, she just started yelling at me.
Is this customer service ??
Very cheap mentality employees .. .shame on the dooravaninagar SBI employee
