smalt s 900 — faulty mobile

Dear Sir
I went ot Hotspot at Sahara Mall Gurgaon to buy a Nokia Handset.
Somehow the shop executive convinced me to buy a Smalt s 900
on 29.6.2008.
The phone stopped working after a few days.
I returned them the phone before the expiry of warranty on 6.6.2009.
i am holding the receipt of purchase and the service job sheet no 015/2315 dated 6.6.2009
I ve visited them about 6 times in last 1.5 yr but they do not give any answer and always make a promise to call back.
Kindly advise what should be done.
Whether I should file a case against them.
