A speed post was sent to Dr. Subhas C. Misra, Department of Industrial and Management Engineering, IIT Kanpur, UP, Pin: 208016, on 03/11/2009 from the post office TECHNOLOGY KHAGPUR (Pin: 721302).
The Tracking No. is EW[protected]IN.
However, even after about a month, the speed post envelope has not been delivered to the recipient yet.
A formal Web complaint was launched (Complaint No.[protected], but it still shows "Pending" status.
Two e-mails were sent to spc.[protected]@indiapost.gov.in on Nov. 17, 2009 and Nov. 22, 2009 respectively. However, till date there has been no response. A telephonic complaint was also launched to SPC Kanpur on Nov. 26, 2009.
The speed post that I had sent had important documents.
Kindly take necessary measures immediately and inform me in writing about the whereabouts of the envelope.

Envelope not delivered — Speed post not delivered
Sir, i sent a speed post to delhi from KiiT post office. Bhubaneswar on 12th sept. 08 but it has not been delivered till now ie 18th sept.. The speed post no isEO[protected] IN.. I had called the post office but i was not given any response. Please tell me what i should do .. My tel no is [protected]
