[Resolved]  SUN DTH online recharge — worst service

This is my smartcard no... R[protected], i buyed SUN DTH recharge card for RS 110, and recharged in net through online recharge on 14.01.2010, but i didt got any reply/responce message from net for the conformation, if i called to customer care[protected], they keep on waiting in line and raising my phone bill, still dth is not working... this is a bad experience to me... very very worst service....

facing the same probelm. I recharged thru credit card and top up recharged suceessfully. But I am not able to purchase Add On Card (to acitivate 4 month subscription) thru selfservice log in.. its showing "Account Information not found in OBRM!

I tried to send SMS for Product activiation " ADDON 4xxxxxxxxxx 039. but the result is deal code is wrong

still my DTH is not restored (except few free channels like DD).. Not sure how to get this resolved since their customer care number is not reachable
I also face the same problem "Account Information not found in OBRM! - whats the meaning of that? I am trying form last 4 day and anable to open my account. Please give me suggestion, any body
yeah me too facing the same... its says invalid smartcard no. and ever never reachable customer care that even if connected keeps us waiting raising the bill..

They are real [censored]s, the worst customer care that I have come across in my life. I think we all should inform this to Sun DTH head office asap.
I have taken the SUN DTH in March 2010 from Hyderabad. But from November 2010 I am not getting any telugu channels. When i called customer care they said due to satellite change we need to re-align the set box at your house. They have taken all the details but no action is taken. For the past 2 months I am simply paying the subscription amount with out watching any channel. I have called[protected],[protected] around 8 times. But no use. This is worst customer service I ever seen in my life.
Sun DTH Service is pathetic. here is my complaint addressed to them.
Sub : My TV is not working since last two months.
Ref : Customer ID : R[protected]; Set of Box No. P[protected].

This is to inform you that, I have been contacting your customer care office since last eight weeks to resolve Non Availability of Programs on my television. But your customer care centre is very poor in resolving my complaint.

I complained regarding Non Availability of Programs to your call centre on October last week and registered my complaints then your customer care person told me that the DTH Equipment should be upgraded and within two weeks time technicians will come and do the same. But after that we didn’t get any response from You.

Then again we contacted your customer care executive to get it solved the problem. Then again we have been informed the same technicians story. So, we patiently waited for the technician’s arrival at our door step. But we never heard them up coming to our home.

After a long period of waiting we contacted your customer care office on December 10th, again the same technician’s story repeated and as a token of our complaint Mr. Nikhil Raju gave us the Reference no. SUN63911.

To tell you the truth nothing happened till today, last two days we have been constant contact with your customer care. Finally they gave us a local technician’s mobile no. [protected] (Mr. Ramkumar) when contacting him he will say that our technicians are near to your house and they will come soon. Last two days we are hearing this slogan only but nothing seems to be the shore of realization.

One more thing I wanted appreciates about your customer care call centre. They are least bothered to hear our complaint and not willing to listen till we finish. They think that they are very special people doing a favor to us by attending our call and say No to our problems. Is this you mean by 24 hour customer care?

I hope you understood the pain of as a customer. Hope you will take necessary action within 48 hours. If not, you are not giving me an option to avoid Consumer Court.
