This is with reference to your email dated 30-Oct-2010 regarding your TATA Indicom number [protected].

As per your email, please be informed that the complaint registered through the docket number[protected] has been closed after our executives verified your records and found that you have been charged correctly as per your tariff plan.

Kindly note that the discount scheme of Rs.200 /- per month for 12 months was activated on 30-Sep-2010 and hence the scheme will be applicable till 30-Sep-2011.

The bill for the month of Oct' 10 was generated for the period from 09-Sep-2010 to 08-Oct-2010 in which the monthly rentals were charged for the period from 15-Sep-2010 to 08-Oct-2010. However, as the discount scheme of Rs.200 /- per month for 12 months was activated on 30-Sep-2010 the discount has been provided from 30-Sep-2010 to 08-Oct-2010.

Also, we would like to inform you that the request registered through the docket number[protected] to waive off an amount of Rs. 100 /- has been processed and the outstanding amount reflecting against the above mentioned number as of now is Rs. 628 /-.

I think you people are too weak at financial calculation , Plz recheck the discount portion

Bill is charged on pro-rata basis for 24 days whereas discount given for 9 days .

Its not abt the money involved , I just want to know that ayou people think that all the customers of tata indicom are full.

This is the last time that i have initiated a complaint with Mr Pankaj ( Maharashtra circle) as currently i am in mumbai ( my complaint no is[protected] .

Plz take necessary action otherwise i have to take some other action against your company for misleading your customer .

Fed up with your service , This is regarding compliant made officially as on[protected] Vide complain no[protected]

Plz send me a revised bill as you people just for selling connection gives false representation .
Firstly when your executive persuaded me to take connection then i was assured that Connection would cost me @ 750 Per month ( for unlimited plan) , then again when i have taken that connection afterwards your another executive had told me that i have to pay @ 950 per month. After complaint they have intimated me that i have to pay 750 per month and RS 200 will be shown as discount in bill. Now i have received my present bill for 24 days, But discount not calculated on proportionate basis .

You people think that all your customers & consumer are fools and whatever you say your job is finished by selling connection.

If i dnt get the revised bill on my mail by today , then i am not going to pay any late fees and will also take the matter with consumer forum as i think you people just make a fool o[censored]r customer.

The biggest mistake i have made by taking up ur so called photon plus ( Fast Internet as you say)
