I am really frustated with the way the postal department control the speed post system. I sent out a speed post to Mumbai yesterday at 11.30 am. the packet is not yet reached mumbai till now, not even a record the packet on your web site.
I used the pseed post for speedy delivery but it made my life get spoil. I am trying to get those customer care numbers, but none of them working. I tried mumbai number and they don't answered. what the use of giving a customer care number on the web, when they really don't want to care the customers.
