Transfer of KVP/NSC — Non receipt of NSC/KVP maturity amount

Dear Sir,

I have submitted more than one year back the request for transfer of my KVP/ NSC maturity amount from Renusagar(UP) to Sector-55, Noida(UP) branch. All the papers were submitted at Noida branch post offoice.
But till date same has not done.
