[Resolved]  USPS/ EMS Speed Post India — Courier not delivered

Address: Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh

I sent a courier [EG[protected]US] to Visakhapatnam on 5th April, 2010 from Phoenix, USA thru USPS, Priority mail service. They said it will get delivered in 3 -5 business days. But even today, April 27th 2010, it is yet to get delivered. I tried following up with the EMS Speed Post and they said that the item cleared customs in Chennai on April 13th and sent for delivery on April 15th. After that I had no clue about its where abouts. I tried contacting the Hyderabad and Viaskhapatnam Speed Post offices but in vain. Desperately need some helping hand to locate the courier as it contains very important documents. Please help.
