My client has sent some important documents by Speed Post to New Delhi,on 03/12/2009 from Mcleodganj, Dharamsala, Post office. Unfortunately, the packet has not been delivered till date to our mailing address. On tracking through net on your site it only shows the movement from Mcleodganj to Dharamsala & from Dharamsala for Delhi GPO. On contacting GPO they said the packect must be sent to your area post office. Now our area PO people say to contact GPO as online tracking say to GPO.
I'll request you to kindly see into the matter ASAP as the documents were very very Important for us, and
let us know the status immediately?
