[Resolved]  yogesh courier srevice — an extremely late courier service

Yes of course I am completely agree with you for the very poor services of Yogesh Courier Services. Even they have no manners for dealing with the customers. One of the courier was sent for me in Delhi from Khateema UK on 11/11/2010 but it's not reached to me by 18/11/2010. As this was very urgent I tried calling the guys but all the employees are giving the contact nos of each other and not resolution was provided by anyone. Finally anyhow I got the contact no. of Delhi office with their reference no. and I tried to investigate the delivery of my courier but they answered that they haven't received any courier for such reference no... and at last the employees have stopped receiving my calls. I am very disappointed with a company like Yogesh Courier service where there is no values of customers.

Yes I also agree with this there was a courier for me and was received by someone else and now I'm complaining for this to the company but they have no answers for it and are just giving the wrong contact no.s of their company members who are responsible for it, and yet they are not able to rectify my problem
