I have paid a COD delivery with internet banking for RS 1273 with ref AWB [protected] on 5th september 2021 . I got the following message

Oops! Payment attempted through payment link for AWB [protected] failed. Any amount if debited from your account will get refunded within 4-7 business days - Delhivery

I paid the delivery agent with the cash. The debited amount is not credited back and on speaking to SBI customer care they told the transaction is successfull and the amount is credited to delhivery on 6th September 2021.

I have paid for the order twice . These people are playing fraud to get money from customers and they dont have a customer care number to contact. Pls deposit the amount i paid back .

I got a call from delhivery man that I have a courier. I told him the location of my home. But he is not willing to deliver at my home. I'm a regular customer. All others are deliver my courier at my place. I told him that I can't come there and pick up due to some reasons. He said he will cancel it. I told him it's ok. Just cancel. And I got a message from delhivery with code for cancel. These all are happen at noon time. At night around 9.40 pm I got a message from delhivery that my item is delivered. I didn't get the item. And I already paid for the order. Next day morning I took delhivery office contact number from google and I tried to call. But it's been switched off till now. I didn't receive my item and I lost my cash also. I complaint in delhivery complaint section. But no response. I don't need the product anymore. But I need refund. And take necessary action against the delhivery person.

I order a product on meesho. On 20 th September 2021 Morning I got a message from delhivery that my product is out for delivery. At noon I got a call from delivery man. He asked me to collect from the place where he is. I told him that I can't collect from there due to some reason. He told me that he will cancel the order. I told him it's ok. Just cancel . And I got a message with cancel code. Same day at night around 9.40 I got a message from delhivery that the product is delivered. But I didn't receive any product. And I already paid for the product when I ordered. 21st September 2021 morning I checked meesho about my order. Meesho also showing that my item is delivered. I contact meesho customer care and told about the issue. They said that they will register a complaint. And they gave me a complaint number. And said within 4-5 working days they give a solution. But I didn't receive any mail from meesho for registering my complaint. I recorded call from the delivery executive and meesho customer care. And I have proof for order cancel and delivered messages. I lost my cash and didn't receive my product.

My product lost
Customers support of gurgaon headquarter saying we can only refund 2000₹
Properly bill mention of 20000₹ this is not fail i am a Amazon seller we deliver product which cost around in lakh if that product lost what will we do

Courier boy had asked me the OTP by call and deliver the shipment to other person

I ordered some T shirt from a insta page called Faschic 15 which happens to deliver through delhivery and after two months of delhivery receiving the order to transit, the are just showing that its cancelled but I haven't cancelled it. They are not responding to email and contact no and neither is the other party, what kind of scam was this ?

There is a delivery boy in your department who talks too much whose name is Rajeev: Those who work in your branch in ETAH (207001)And they talk in a very dirty way, it can make a difference to us and your image too. I humble request too you rajeev sir get fire please and your choice.

I had booked for courier of a household item ( wooden cot) on 7 th September from Latur, Maharashtra (413512) to Mysore, Karnataka (570018). The booking id is[protected].
Now the delhivery people in Mysore say that they received only the plywood and the other parts of the cot are missing.No one from either party are ready to explain about the missing parts.

I was book a packet on 11th August. As per tracker same was delivered on14th.
But still my packet is not delivered to correct address. I am folloeup since last month even send a mail to His CEO Mr. Barua. But no one is responding or resolved the matter.

I belive some senior authority is help me.

I have ordered a number of things online and they have all been sent to the wrong location. The updates keep saying the executive has been trying to contact me but I haven't received any calls. A few packages have already been paid for so now it's so much of a hassle to get the money back.

This is to inform you that i had an order from meesho which was suppose to be delivered with the other order...
There were 2 orders for delivery on the same date of meesho by delhivery courier partner...
But i have received only 1 order...
The other order is not delivered to me and still it’s showing delivered...
Its a paid order... I contacted meesho customer care several times they r just giving me complaint number but no solution is provided...
I have requested for my product or the refund of that item which is not been delivered to me...
Without delivering that order id how comes wrong update is given on the tracking by delhivery... T
Even i mailed delhivery even they didn’t replied any of my email..

Such a pathetic customer service by meesho and delhivery..
I want a solution for the order delivery which is not happened...

How can delhivery update a wrong status on meesho tracking that it’s delivered when it’s not...

I have sent a laptop and wireless mouse in a laptop bag from Narsinghgarh, Delhivery Currier services

They Picked the bag from my place charging me amount of 1500 (no bill provided for the same amount)

The product delivered was with wrong bag and without mouse

They didn't provided packing video and no justification given yet, my company is costing me 1750 rupees for the same which I want to be paid from Delhivery

This is to inform you that my order id[protected] which was to be delivered to delhi was returning to me stating reason poor packaging which according to me wasn't poorly packaged and now my shipment is lost, what should I do, return me the whole parcel or refund me the amount please.It was a big order fragile and prestigious to me, how can I bear the loss.

My order was out for delivery on16 SEP 2021 but the delivery guy didn't connect with me even once and a msg came on my phone that my order is not delivered because I was not available and I was there at my pace.
Today at night I am leaving for my Journey and I need that parcel by today.
But due to this appropriate behavior of your del. guy, I would not be able to carry my credit card.
