About money deducted from my A/C. But Recharge not done
I have been done my transaction via ccavenue.com for dish TV recharge but money deducted my bank account & dishtv is not recharge till date or also money is no t refund my vc no[protected] txn no[protected]

    This is vikash and i m using dish tv (India's biggest cheap service dth service provider) since 1 year (Aprrox). Dish tv always fail to secure our promises that better service and better enrichment.

    A miniplex service is activated in my dish tv account. Jab ki maine koi aisa service activate kv kiya nahi. Customer care always making full and earn money from customer to company.
    I m try to connect to deactivate and return my money (Those money that deducted from miniplex service) but not succeed yet. Bahut chutiya banate hai company wale, kav kahte hai ki senior se kal baat karwate hai to kav kahte hai ki system upgradation chal rha hai...
    There are two times miniplex service are activated without customer permission. Very cheat.
    Please take legal action regarding this type of cheating.
    Very cheap customer experience.
    Bina puri baat sune call disconnect kar dete hai.. Please deactivate my miniplex service and refund my deducted amount.

      I did the recharge on 13/07/2017 but the recharge was unsuccessful. I did the payment through my debit card and the amount is already debited from my account. Even i did the recharge in the company's website "www.dishtv.in".

      When i call to customer care they didn't entertain properly. I can say dish tv has the worst customer care, they even don't know how to speak with the customer.

      After 24 hours they raise one complaint but till i didn't get any solution. Please do the needful.

          I have taken the hd connection in the month of february first of all they have not installed the connection in time also after my complaint no action is taken. The person who installed not done the work properly after 3 months the signal starts breaking so i call for technician he tightened the all lose bolts and set the dish antenna which was not done properly in the installing. After completing the work he charged me 240 rs which i oppose because i have given the warranty for one year. But he said you can talk to customer care as he has the instruction to collect the money. After calling customer care they told me that it chargeable as set top box is in guarantee but the service is chargeable which i don't understand any product i buy it comes under warranty does not say that tv is under warranty but if i open to repair it it will be chargeable than what's the warranty means you guys are cheating your customers after waiting for more than 30 minutes your supervisor talk to me and he was so stubborn didn't want to listen to me just saying that you have to pay you have to pay like sum buddy has switch on the tape. Total fraud company and i will try to move to another company as soon as possible.

            My name is chetan and i purchased hdset top box (Dishnxt hd) on around the 8th july, and since then have changed the set top box thrice, asking for the refund the customer care bluntly refused. My vsc no is [protected]. I am from vadodara, gujarat. The company is simply fooling the residents by bogus advertisement stating the best in art quality. If the set top box is not working how the hell on earth would the service be active. I was assured a call back by the supervisor of the call center on the 15th july which i never got one. Hope to find a solution.

              These people are making fool of customers. I have done a full year recharge but all of sudden for last 15 days after 7:30 pm channel not display properly. I have been calling their customer care from last 24 hours, everytime they just tell me to follow same technical steps again and again.                       I was contacted by dishtv for dishtv upgradation with cashback offer of rs. 1199. I opted for the offer and they promised for complete replacement of hardware. But upon visit by the technician he replaced receiver, lnb and remote control only dish antenna and wire (10m) was not provided as committed by dishtv company customer service and sales management team.
                      I complaints against it various times to dishtv but nothing was done till now, every time i was giving a complaint request number and it was closed without any action. My latest two request no’s are as[protected] and[protected] and a promise that it will be solved shortly.
                      The dealer involved in my case of my upgradation is shah sales corporation headed by tariq ahmad shah from anantnag. The dealer also promised several times to give everything related to my offer but never did. The dealer said that i had upgraded thousands of dishtv connections but never gave anyone dish antenna and wire as what subscriber can do against me, nothing these were the exact words of dealer.
                      My vc no is [protected]. Being customer from 2006 to till date if they can betray me then what can be said about new subscribers.

They even dont know what is the problem, as per knowledge i have told them that they have unsubcribed the hd channels but they are not ready to listen. I am very fed up from dish tv right now. I dont know what should i do now, as these dish tv people have my money, i already recharged my setup box and they are not giving me services as per their policy.                                 The service poorest to poorest quality i service i had ever seen any time the antene lost the signals no complaint sollution no custumer complaint executives they are only making fool on the name of services i just every do not buy dish tv services ... poorest to poorest services i had seen till now i have used airtel and tata sky they supperior quality custumer service and i didnot face any problem ever with them but dish tv i face always problems only no facility according to there charges. IF DISH TV PROVIDE ME THESE FACILITIES IN FREE I NEVER TAKE THERE SERVICES IN FREEE AS WELL WASTAGE OF MONEY

                                  I have two dishtv connections in registered in my name - one at kolkata and the other at noida.
                                  Both the connections naturally have only one registered mobile number, which is mine.

                                  As i moved out of noida, i emailed dishtv customer care from my registered email id requesting them to disconnect and terminate my noida connection mentioning the vc number of that connection.

                                  Dishtv _wrongly_ terminated my other connection, which is at kolkata.

                                  I had ongoing active subscription for my kolkata connection.
                                  Disconnection of that service caused immense mental agony and harassment for my mother, who is a senior citizen. She even visited the local dishtv office and asked for restoring the connection.

                                  I emailed dishtv customer care again (More than once) asking them to rectify their fault and restore the kolkata's connection.
                                  They have not done anything yet.

                                  Can any senior personnel from dishtv look into this matter and help to resolve at the earliest?

                                    Once a time i have realized that my pack is changed downward without my confirmation even the call they received is not come from the register number, when i call dishtv they give me the number from whom they received the call, i call on that number and he said by mistake he gave me my vc number and they change the pack without my confirmation, even the owner of that number is agreeing that he asked them to changed the pack and in return they did not asked me any question to reconfirm that vc number is your or not.
                                    Worst thing is that they dont even check recording and cut the call everytime during conversation, they torture us by transferring call to the senior and making the call in hold, now senior will again asked us to explain whole story and will asked us to wait 72 hour every time, the fact is there is already 1 month and 6 days passed but they always asked everytime to wait 72 hours more or either cut the call once we start argue,
                                    I think this is all they do just to take extra money from consumer.

                                      I did an online booking for a new dishtv dth connection on[protected]. I was given a reference number[protected] and assured that the technician will call within 24 hrs.
                                      I didn't receive any call from technician, so i called the dishtv customer care on the 3rd day. The support guy told me that he will discuss with supervisor and arrange a call back. I didn't receive any call from supervisor. So i called back again, and after a small waiting period they connected me to the supervisor. The supervisor told me that the technician didn't call me since the climate is cloudy and will come for installation when the weather is good.
                                      I called the customer support again on[protected] since i didn't get any call from dishtv. The support executive told me that he will connect me with his supervisor. I requested him to consult with supervisor and give me a call back. Till date no one has called.
                                      I have recorded the last call with customer support. This is very annoying and insulting experience.
