On 19th July 2017 at 11.00 am I have given a complaint to Dish TV toll free helpline number. My complaint was accepted and he gave me appointment of technician. Technician visited at around 11.45 and told me to change the set-top box. I requested him to change it. But he refused and said I have to make another complaint to change it. So on the same day, in the evening, I called up again and talked to Ms. Varsha. I told her, what technician told me, and as per technician, please send new set-top box and wire to change. She didn't taken my complaint, just assured me that technician will come and change it. As per Dish TV, my complaint had to be resolved within 24 hrs. Till the time it wasn't. So I called up again on 20th July 2017 at 5.15 pm. Ms. Archana told me that my complaint was not registered. Let me do it now. I asked her, why didn't dish TV accept my complaint yesterday. No answer. Ms. Sheetal told me, she will arrange a call by her senior within 30 minutes. I didn't get any call after 1 hr also. Mr. Subhash apologized for inconvenience, very conveniently. When I asked for the answer, while I was talking, he said, no reply from your side and disconnected the call. Such a frustrating service.
