Please provide information about selection of pack itself as per requirement. That time i recharge 600 regarding one time payment for three month services and get one month benefits for tv add offer like charge 3 months and get 4 months. But my next recharge date is only upgrade 3 month why. I don't know. Previously activated pack 99+3 other packs and then my family member activate one additional pack i. E 99+4 packs but i have to change my offer and get 4 months upgraded recharge date. How it is possible pls help and change.

    I purchase new connection dishtv to online. Dishtv date is:24/7/2017. Timing is around 12 to 1:00pm booking time. 2000rupees duniya gift voucher offer. I ask dishtv person by phone when i get this gift voucher he said installation time. Next day dishtv one technician call me he asking my house location. He came installed distv and started date is 25/7/2017. Same time i call customer service about my 2000rupees duniya gift voucher. Not good response customer service site. Last three day i call continue dishtv no response. Plsss sir anyway solve my problem as soon as possible

    This is a ####### scheme.

    At the time of making the purchase I confirmed with the sales representative time and again and he confirmed that the offer is for products worth of Rs 2000/- but when I got the offer it is actually for some offers from some low rated websites to purchase overpriced items and get some ###### discount, you know how coupondunia, couponraja, and similar sites work. that is exactly what I am getting here.

      I am using dishtv d2h connection for more than 5 years. Few months back disthtv provided me offer to change stb (Set to box) from sd to hd.

      The new stb failed in few months service.
      After multiple followups they replaced my stb with charges.

      2 months after new stb is installed, the stb has failed.

      I am requesting dishtv to provide me replacement without any charge.
      Why should i pay for poor product from dishtv?

      There is loss of number of days recharge due to stb not working plus i have to pay service charges... This is injustice.

      I requested them to stop my services and pay me back the recharge amount approx 3500 which i have already paid to them.

      They are denying to refund my amount.

      Please help me to fight against this injustice.

                I was having tatasky connection for last 8 yrs. About 4 months back i switched over to dish tv hd service. After 3 months i paid whole yr subscription fee of more than rs.10, 000/-to dish tv.
                For last 3 days my dish tv set top box is dead. Vc no.[protected] and complaint no.[protected] dtd 21/7/17. Till date no one has responded in spite of reminders. I curse myself for switching from tatasky to dishtv.

                  I have recharged the amount of rs.100 for the vc. No : [protected]. Need to activate tamil add on - 1813. We tried by sending via sms like - dishtv add 1813 [protected] to 57575 as well as [protected]. But we didnt get any response too. Amount not deducted as well as add on pack not activated.

                  So i request you to activate the add on pack. Please.

                      I had opted for the dishtv 3ka4 offer in which doing recharge for 3months gets you a 1month service free. On 15th july, the channels which were supposed to show on the all sports pack subscribed by me were showing 101 unsubscribed error. I tried calling the dishtv customer executives, and the people at their customer end were knowingly not acknowledging my voice and repeatedly saying that they can't hear me. This went on with for around 10calls.
                      I then wrote an email to them regarding the issue wherein the call centre executives sent the technicians 3 times and all of them that the issue can only be resolved through customer care end but the dishtv executives failed to acknowledge the same and upon requesting to speak to the supervisor, those executives disconnected the call. This happened to me at least 5 times.
                      I guess it's been a norm at distv to harass the customers wherein they ask the customers to subscribe the offers such as 3ka4 and not give the service.

                        On 19th July 2017 at 11.00 am I have given a complaint to Dish TV toll free helpline number. My complaint was accepted and he gave me appointment of technician. Technician visited at around 11.45 and told me to change the set-top box. I requested him to change it. But he refused and said I have to make another complaint to change it. So on the same day, in the evening, I called up again and talked to Ms. Varsha. I told her, what technician told me, and as per technician, please send new set-top box and wire to change. She didn't taken my complaint, just assured me that technician will come and change it. As per Dish TV, my complaint had to be resolved within 24 hrs. Till the time it wasn't. So I called up again on 20th July 2017 at 5.15 pm. Ms. Archana told me that my complaint was not registered. Let me do it now. I asked her, why didn't dish TV accept my complaint yesterday. No answer. Ms. Sheetal told me, she will arrange a call by her senior within 30 minutes. I didn't get any call after 1 hr also. Mr. Subhash apologized for inconvenience, very conveniently. When I asked for the answer, while I was talking, he said, no reply from your side and disconnected the call. Such a frustrating service.

                          Sir,
                          I had taken a new connection with dish tv yesterday. A message was sent to me mentioning that the technician will come and install in 4 hours. Subsequently the technician called me and informed me that he cannot come to the locality to install because of opposition from the local cable tv operators and asked me to cancel the order. Then i called our customer care 11 times to resolve the issue. I was put on hold every time i called them for about 7 to 18 mins and frustrated me like anything. Still no one has given any clear answer. I am requesting to cancel the order and refund the money. Thanks.

                                My monthly package is 336/-. Dish tv is giving a offer "3 pe 4", that means if i recharge for 3 months, then i get one month extra.
                                So i recharge 9 months, price is 3024/-, but i am getting 2 months free
                                After that i call to customer service care, he said that your monthly price is 337, then i recharge 10/-. He also said that after recharge again you call to dish tv, but when i call, he said that, sorry you will get only two months free. I don't understand what i do, please do something against dish tv.
                                I want to get one more month. As per their terms and conditions.

                                    On line recharge done on 02/10/2016 for rs.2640/- (V. C. No.[protected]) for one year validity. After completing 9 months they are sending message through sms & tv display like "basis your last recharge of rs.2640, you are rs.78 short for availing 3 months of free entertainment. Just recharge today with rs.2718 for 9 months. Tnc". Why they didn't inform at the time of recharge itself regarding this shortage of rs.78 to avail 3 free months?. At the time of on line recharge they informed one year validity, but now they are telling you are recharge date falls on 18/07/2017. I think this is one type of on line cheating & we have to investigate this.

                                      Installation of the dish antenna is not correct and i have called the dish tv customer care number so many times for the same and every time they said that the technician will come to fix that issue.

                                      But it's been almost 10 days and nobody has come to fix that issue.

                                      This is the pathetic service I have ever had in my life from any service providers . What their customer care executive communicated on phone call, it doesn't match with the person who called for the verification.
