I just booked 5 tickets from varanasi to new delhi on 15th feb 2020
Booking id is emt70522904
Even though the money (6, 700 rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets.

    I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets.

      Amount has been deducted from my account and i have the transaction i'd yet booking status is not confirmed! What kind of a service is this, no one is picking up the calls (Customer care) i also mailed to them but no response!!

        Easemytrip Booking status pending.
        Booked a flight from Bagdogra to Kolkata. Journey date: March 6th 2020
        Booking ID: EMT70482592
        But the PNR status says pending. I called the airlines (Air India) but they said ticket hasn't been issued at all and there is no record of this booking with them. The money has been deducted from my account but there's no ticket/ PNR confirmation for the same. Resolve this asap. Mail the confirmed ticket to the registered mail ID.

          I have paid 9k nd so for air india from blore to goa. Its saying transactions confirmed but booking status pending. What i'd happening. My pnr is hrxct. And my booking id is emt[protected].             I have made payment of rs.5885. Oo to book a flight ticket from easemytrip, gauhati to new delhi, yesterday 12th feb.'20 at 10.14 am
            The payment was made from icici debit card.
            Payment was deducted from my account but easemytrip has informed that the payment has not been credited to their account.
            I have contacted the bank and it has instructed me to contact citrus

            Since i have booked the ticket, kindly cancel the transaction and revert the amount to my account asap.

                  Before cancelling my flight i call the customer care of easemytrip but they told that the flight will be cancelled from spicejet and when i call the customer care on spicejet the clearly mentioned that the amount that will be refunded is 5104 rupees as it was a corporate booking. I ask them thrice and i also have an audio recorder for the same. Kindly resolve my issue that even after so many followers and confirmation why only 1355 is refunded. Had i knew that such less amount will be refunded i would have never opted for cancellation since i was having the flight book for the next afternoon. It is really pathetic the customer care people give such vague information and make people do something which costs such heavy charges. I am really disappointed with the service of easemytrip and spicejet both. I want my refund since it was not my fault, had i been told the charges and such loss i would have never opted for cancellation. I have the audio recording which i can share anytime.

                      I have booked flight ticket from cochin international airport to dubai international airport for 26th january 2020 and i have booked the ticket via ease my trip mobile app on 19th january at 10.37 pm. My amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs. 11500/- through federal bank, i had called them about 3 times for refund and sales team promise me to refund the full amount but still refund was not initiated

                        Easemytrip is definitely into fraudulent service as i can see similar complaints to mine on this forum. I booked a ticket for 5 passengers (Booking id emt68638948 pnr lnvr5h) on 6 th jan 2020 and another ticket (Booking id 68740319 pnr xgz5rv) on 8th jan 2020. Both the tickets were cancelled by easemytrip without passengers permission. Now they have even denied to refund the amount.
                        Plz help on the issue.

                          I booked a flight from kolkata to delhi from easemytrip app
                          After the booking money got deducted and i have got booking information as pending then they called me after 10 minutes saying for some problem booking cancelled and i will get my money back within 72 hours
                          Now i would like to state to consumer complaints that it’s very hard for me to book another ticket for the same date because i don’t have enough money and it’s very urgent for me as well to go. The app did not provide any information about the flight that if you book it will be on pending. I am helpless now
                          I have recorded their calls as well and after finding it on web i find i am not the only one who is facing this there are many more costumers and as it seems this is a fraud company i am very much worried now so i thought of letting this know
                          Please take actions asap
                          After 72 hours as they said
                          I will file a complaint in court against them if i don’t get the money.

                                I booked a two way ticket from ranchi to bengaluru departing on 25th jan 2020 and returning on 4th february 2020. My first ticket, that is on 25th jan 2020 is not confirmed but the money got deducted. Here are the details of the booking. Please provide a solution as soon as possible.

                                  Amount has been deducted from my account and i have the transaction i'd yet booking status is not confirmed! What kind of a service is this, no one is picking up the calls (Customer care) i also mailed to them but no response!!

                                    Booking number - emt66854474

                                    The airways have refunded full amount to easemytrip for the cancellation of my flight tickets but they don't care to return the money back. They just keep asking for 24-48 hours and it has been 7 days.

                                    I have called customer care 100 times but they do not just care to communicate the status of the issue at all.

                                    Pathetic customer care services from an organisation such as them. Regretting that i used their platform for booking my flights.

                                      I booked a flight for 2 persons from Bagdogra to Delhi for the 4th February 2020 four days ago and my booking is still pending and hasn’t been confirmed yet!
                                      The money has been deducted from my bank account (11226 INR) but I still don’t have the tickets!
                                      I’ve been calling the customer care center but no one receive my call.
                                      I’m not asking for much, just to get the service I paid for!

                                        I tried to book a rail ticket with booking id emt 67556056 on 12 december 2019 from palghar to mumbai. The amount of rs4365 was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I was told by customer care that the amount would be refunded within 3 working days but its 16 days today and the problem still not resolved. It is requested to refund the amount into the account at earliest.
