refund of amount

I tried to book a rail ticket with booking id emt 67556056 on 12 december 2019 from palghar to mumbai. The amount of rs4365 was debited from my account but ticket was not booked. I was told by customer care that the amount would be refunded within 3 working days but its 16 days today and the problem still not resolved. It is requested to refund the amount into the account at earliest.

money debited but did not get ticket

My money has been debited from my account on 26th December 2019but i did not get ticket confirmation. I need a refund of rs.3121. The bank message is as -Thx for INB txn of Rs.3121 frm A/c X3555 to Easy Trip ... Ref#IGAHSXNCS4 on 26Dec19. If not done, fwd this SMS to [protected] to block INB or call [protected]. I need a refund!!! The customer helpline is useless. Nobody is picking up the phone....

even though the money (11, 600rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets....

Hi team,

Please help in this as this is something urgent. I booked this flight for my relative as he is going for treatment to bangalore. I was surfing airasia's website for web check in but when i checked no details were found of my flight.

requested a reschedule of my flight

I have booked a ticket from aizawl to gauhati for 26th december 2019. But due to the situation of assam, my work was postponed and i have to reschedule my flight so i request a reschedule and waited but receive no response for a week. I was booking my ticket from Jaipur to Delhi Air India Flight and on first attempt my booking failed but money get deducted from my credit card. Again, I tried and got my ticket done on second attempt.

I had booked 2 tickets on 13th december from raipur to mumbai of 17th january 2020. Paymemt was successfully debited from my credit card but tickets are not booked or issued by easemytrip.
I tried calling several times but on their customer care but they failed to connect my call to their respective executives. Even i have mailed with this issue but there is no response from their side.

easemytrip denying payment

I booked a holiday package from easemytrip.com. They gave me a plan and asked for advanced payment for 60% of the sum. They gave me their account details for the same. I paid the amount and received the invoice from easemytrip.com. For one month, they said that everything is as per plan, but later they denied that they ever received any such payment. I sent them the invoice and other email communications, but they still deny.

I was booking a flight ticket for Mumbai to Patna on 27th November 2019. in payment mode I used Google pay to make the payment which at end shown failed on your side. at the same time, my account was debited for Rs. 4422.00. I have tried contacting your support many times and failed with the simple reply that you have not received the payment.

It has been a simple request and your customer service executives have been amazingly careless in following simply procedures.
