I have booked a flight on 16/02/2020 for travel on 02/04/2020 from delhi to dimapur through easemytrip.
The balance is deducted from my account as the transaction was successful. However, i did not receive any email from emt or anywhere for tickets.
I have tried to call the customer care number provided but it never gets connected. This issue has consumed a lot of my time today and is also generating unwanted anxiety. Please resolve iy asap.

    I have done booking for pune_delhi_pune air india. Payment is deducted from my account but easemytrip says booking pending. When i checked through air india help desk, they said booking is done only for pune_delhi. Easemytrip customer care number does not work as always. When contacted through whatsapp only reply i get is we will get back to you. Now i do not know if i need to book another ticket for return. By the time easemytrip comes back with excuse, ticket price will be already high. They should at least come back immediately and update customer about status of booking so that i can plan further.

      First thing, i want to say is that easemytrip is a useless company. They won't respond to any of the calls and won't update any status on your flight ticket issues so don't ever try to book tickets through easemytrip. It's always shows pnr status pending and you won't get any refund, forget the amount and book another flight. Don't waste time in this. Believe me, i've experienced it

          I booked 9 flight tickets from jammu to bangalore through easemytrip website yesterday and as soon as i made the payment i recieved a transaction confirmation email which stated booking status as pending. Even for airline pnr number it’s showing the status as pending.

          49, 842/- rs has been deducted from my bank account for this transaction and there is no response from easemytrip on this.

          I just need my tickets to be confirmed. This was my first experience from ease my trip and it is being a worst experience. They are playing with customers money. After taking the payment keeping the booking status as pending and not at all responding is an act of fraud!

                I had done flight booking from ease my trip with booking reference no emt70491963 from bangalore to kolkata for 17-0-20, the payment for inr 6, 116 rs has been deducted from my bank but the booking is still showing as pending.                         Easemytrip Booking status pending.
                        Booked a flight from Bagdogra to Kolkata. Journey date: March 6th 2020
                        Booking ID: EMT70482592
                        But the PNR status says pending. I called the airlines (Air India) but they said ticket hasn't been issued at all and there is no record of this booking with them. The money has been deducted from my account but there's no ticket/ PNR confirmation for the same. Resolve this asap. Mail the confirmed ticket to the registered mail ID.

                            I have made payment of rs.5885. Oo to book a flight ticket from easemytrip, gauhati to new delhi, yesterday 12th feb.'20 at 10.14 am
                            The payment was made from icici debit card.
                            Payment was deducted from my account but easemytrip has informed that the payment has not been credited to their account.
                            I have contacted the bank and it has instructed me to contact citrus

                            Since i have booked the ticket, kindly cancel the transaction and revert the amount to my account asap.

                                I booked a train ticket from Mumbai to Nagpur through Ease My Trip. My money got debited, but EMT didn't redirect me to any page which said my ticket was booked. Since the ticket wasn't booked, I dont have a booking ID either. Please send a refund @EMT

                                  Before cancelling my flight i call the customer care of easemytrip but they told that the flight will be cancelled from spicejet and when i call the customer care on spicejet the clearly mentioned that the amount that will be refunded is 5104 rupees as it was a corporate booking. I ask them thrice and i also have an audio recorder for the same. Kindly resolve my issue that even after so many followers and confirmation why only 1355 is refunded. Had i knew that such less amount will be refunded i would have never opted for cancellation since i was having the flight book for the next afternoon. It is really pathetic the customer care people give such vague information and make people do something which costs such heavy charges. I am really disappointed with the service of easemytrip and spicejet both. I want my refund since it was not my fault, had i been told the charges and such loss i would have never opted for cancellation. I have the audio recording which i can share anytime.

                                    I have booked a return ticket for 4 passengers from mumbai to baldogra (12th to 17th april, 2020).
                                    Booking id: emt69347282.
                                    The money has been deducted from my bank account but still no confirmation email received from the other end.
                                    I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls.

                                      I have booked flight ticket from cochin international airport to dubai international airport for 26th january 2020 and i have booked the ticket via ease my trip mobile app on 19th january at 10.37 pm. My amount get debited from my bank and easemytrip page stucked with the processing icon but after long wait not get any confirmation, and also the amount has been debited from my account of rs. 11500/- through federal bank, i had called them about 3 times for refund and sales team promise me to refund the full amount but still refund was not initiated

                                        Easemytrip is definitely into fraudulent service as i can see similar complaints to mine on this forum. I booked a ticket for 5 passengers (Booking id emt68638948 pnr lnvr5h) on 6 th jan 2020 and another ticket (Booking id 68740319 pnr xgz5rv) on 8th jan 2020. Both the tickets were cancelled by easemytrip without passengers permission. Now they have even denied to refund the amount.
                                        Plz help on the issue.
