booking ref no emt70491963 flight from bangalore to kolkata booking pending payment deducted.

I had done flight booking from ease my trip with booking reference no emt70491963 from bangalore to kolkata for 17-0-20, the payment for inr 6, 116 rs has been deducted from my bank but the booking is still showing as pending. Also when i am trying to reach customer support they are not picking up call or its always busy and there is no reply for mail either....

Even though the money (6, 700 rs) has been deducted from my bank account yet the booking status is pending.
I've been calling them on both the customer care service numbers provided but no one is picking up my calls. I don't get what kind of a service they are providing all i want is them to confirm my tickets....

But the PNR status says pending. I called the airlines (Air India) but they said ticket hasn't been issued at all and there is no record of this booking with them. money deducted but payment not complete

I have made payment of rs.5885. Oo to book a flight ticket from easemytrip, gauhati to new delhi, yesterday 12th feb.'20 at 10.14 am
The payment was made from icici debit card.
Payment was deducted from my account but easemytrip has informed that the payment has not been credited to their account.
I have contacted the bank and it has instructed me to contact citrus

regarding refund for the cancellation of the flight with pnr-ehtnxe

Before cancelling my flight i call the customer care of easemytrip but they told that the flight will be cancelled from spicejet and when i call the customer care on spicejet the clearly mentioned that the amount that will be refunded is 5104 rupees as it was a corporate booking. I ask them thrice and i also have an audio recorder for the same. Kindly resolve my issue that even after so many followers and confirmation why only 1355 is refunded....

cancellation of booking without passengers permission

Easemytrip is definitely into fraudulent service as i can see similar complaints to mine on this forum. I booked a ticket for 5 passengers (Booking id emt68638948 pnr lnvr5h) on 6 th jan 2020 and another ticket (Booking id 68740319 pnr xgz5rv) on 8th jan 2020. Both the tickets were cancelled by easemytrip without passengers permission. Now they have even denied to refund the amount.
Plz help on the issue.

refund for flight cancellation

The airways have refunded full amount to easemytrip for the cancellation of my flight tickets but they don't care to return the money back. They just keep asking for 24-48 hours and it has been 7 days.

I have called customer care 100 times but they do not just care to communicate the status of the issue at all.

Pathetic customer care services from an organisation...

my booking is still pending after 4 days

I booked a flight for 2 persons from Bagdogra to Delhi for the 4th February 2020 four days ago and my booking is still pending and hasn’t been confirmed yet!
