We had booked round trip flight thru ease my trip indicating date of journey on 18 july 2019 from bangalore to pune and return journey on 22 july 2019 to bangalore. But the ease my trip executive had done the reverse booking i. E. Onward journey from pune to bangalore on 18 july and return journey to pune on 22 july 2019. Tonight we checked the mail and ticket and found out the wrong booking. I spoke to the ease my trip executive tonight and he said it is too late to rectify the error and i was constrained to cancel the tickets. I am a regular customer of ease my trip. This wrong booking by your executive has put to me in financial loss and a lot of stress. As a senior citizen, we are deeply pained.
My ease my trip booking i d was emt59535153. Kindly look into the matter and compensate me adequately.

As the booking Id which you have provided (EMT[protected] that is incorrect.However in a complaint you have mentioned that you have made the booking from Bangalore to pune but the booking ID which you have mentioned the sector reflected was from Bagdogra to kolkata So kindly share us the correct details on our whatsapp escalation no. [protected].
I have just booked a round trip ticket to goa. Full amount has been debited from my account but the Confirmation mail states 'flight status pending'. Kindly advice if the tickets will get confirmed or will the amount be reversed into my account.

    I had a ticket booking from delhi to hyderabad for 27april 2019 on the name of manish kushwaha.
    Booking id: emt57525479

    However the flight was delayed by 4+hrs by air india due to technical issue

    I had called ease my trip for a refund since 2 months. But ease my trip has denied to provide the refund, even though i have provided them with necessary details given to me by airlines.

    Please help.

      Respected sir,

      On 11.04.2019 i booked roundtrip flight through easemytrip from delhi to indore on 25.04.2019 and 27.04.2019 of jet airways airlines amount rs. 18927.00, which was cancelled by me on 20.04.2019 due to some unavoidable circumstances and after cancellation i received an email on 20.04.2019 from ease my trip that within 5-7 working days you will got your full refund.

      On 26.04.2019 i ask emt customer care executive about the status of my refund and the executive said by 1-2 may you got your refund. When i didn't got my refund then i again contact emt customer care on 8th may 2019, 27th may 2019, 20th june 2019 but every time they said shortly you get your amount refund. But till date i didn't get my amount refunded.

      It is therefore, your goodself is requested to intervene in the matter and get our amount 18927.00 refunded as it is a healthy amount and already 3 months has been passed. I already suffered alot.

      We have already intimated you about the whole scenario going on with the airlines. We are very seriously taking the jet airways cases and similar is the case with you. We are very bluntly saying that we cannot proceed further until and unless we get any sort of response from the airlines. And I am quite firm about the fact if airlines will take any such initiative then it will be all over media and all the customer database will be informed immediately. We can give you this same update every week but that will be of no use because quite obviously you too are fed up of hearing the same thing again and again and we certainly don't want to bother you this way. I hope you understand the delicacy of the situation here.

        My name is amit karad, i had booked a tickets from easemytrip from sinapore to mumbai, for 12 july 2019. Pnr qshyxi

        For which the charged me rs 15607, at the time of booking rescheduling charger mentioned were rs 6784 which excluded any fare difference in ticket, due to changes in my work schedule i had to postpone my ticket to 20 july 2019 which has the same fare of rs 15607 on easemytrip app as well as on sri lankan airlines website but easemytrip my trip is charging me rs 5706 extra as fare difference and a total of rs 9175 as a rescheduling charger, which they conveniently avoided to explains as to why,

        I request you to kindly take a action on easemytrip company as they mint money from their customers.

          It is more than ten days and they are refusing to refund my money and giving a reason that they are yet to get a refund from airlines.

            I had booked hotel rahi forest view in mahabaleshwar for 6th-7th july 2019 by making full payment of rs. 9946 for 3 rooms for 6 people on 30.06.2019 and received confirmation voucher bearing confirmation no. 59846590 stating confirmation received for booking from the said hotel for our stay.
            However, when we reached the hotel we were informed no booking is made in our name and when we contacted easemytrip representatives they informed a mistake was made and left us stranded in extremely heavy rain in mahabaleshwar. After a few furious phone calls, the representatives forcefully stuck us with a lower category hotel with room rent of rs. 1000, further the hotel we were later stuck with by easemytrip had no electricity for the major part of the day and was stinking with windows in the room overlooking a wall in the building duct. They cheated us by taking full payment fir a good hotel, did not make our booking in the said hotel and refused to help initially and later taking advantage of our situation of being stuck in extreme rains and cold weather stuck us with a horrible hotel.
            Our entire trip was destroyed by easemytrip and no refund was issued for such malpractices.

              I booked a ticket through easemytrip.com on 2 july -2016 at for air asia flight from kuala lumpur to seoul emt59970723 but my booking was put in pending. I asked the customer service why and they askem me to wait. My booking was confirmed they told me the booking will be active in 20-25 min. Next day booking was put in pending again. I sent e-mails and messages on what's app, they asked me to kindly waiting. I asked the flight to be cancel because the flight is still in hold but they asked me to wait again. The next day they told me they are an error at the payment gateway with the airline company. I asked again why no answers! I called the company and even them are confused. I asked for a refun or just the flight to be cancel. I will take my flight the 10th and i have to wait since the 2nd. We are the 5th today and my flight mentionned bombay to new delhi... I am so confused. I asked the refund. Try to reach the customer service nothing... It's inacceptable!

                I booked return flights with easemytrip for 21st june, returning 29th june online. Account got debited, but then i receive an message saying system error, flights not confirmed and they will autoreverse the transaction issuing full refund. Now, exactly 1 month on. I have received just half refund, by two amount. Still awaiting the remaining half. Have rang maybe ten times. They are cheating and robbing customers.

                  I have booked a ticket from hyd to jaipur and the travel date was 4th may and i could not make it. Its a indigo flight and on 5th i have received a message from indigo on 5th that a refund of 750 taxes have been done. I have informed the same to the ease my trip on 5th may. They ssid refund will be initiated within 7 days. Its being 2 months i did not receive the refund. Contacted them several times and they say it will be done and itd not done till now.

                  Please help me and others who are facing the same problem due to these mean companies who fools the customers everyday.

                      EaseMyTrip is hounding me by spamming me with promotional SMSes. I have never registered on their website nor have I availed their services ever. I get up to 2 SMSes a day and even had Emails, which were blocked thanks to Google. But for the SMSes I've complained to TRAI's Web App and nothing seems to stop them from SMSing me. I have a full DND service active on my number since past 3 years.

                        As i had booked my air ticket by easemy trip company having booking id : emt57091183 for delhi to coimbatore dated 8/05/2019, as i had booked this ticket 2 months before due to some reason my program was cancelled i called helpline no of company to confirm about my amount i get refund as ticket was under refundable scheme but helpline no guide me plz wait as i get only 656/= refund up to 48 hrs before flight takeof[censored]nless so i should wait if in any case flight is late by 2 hrs i will get my full amount refunded so i waited for full more then month time as per guidance by helpline staff of company to try in first weak of may '2019 month as to wait only in some special case if delay in flight take off as per guidance i called again helpline no on 3rd may '2019 call attended by sadakat ali company helpline staff he again guide me to wait for one day other wise i will get only 656 /= only so i called again on 4th may '2019 now talked with vishal he also said there is no delay in flight i will get same amount quoted earlier so i told to cancel my ticket i delay more i may not get this amount also, after taking my cancellation request he told me refund amt break up as air line fees + company convince fees, after this it comes to 656 /=, i was amazed to see when i got mail that my cancellation request is completed i will get 1304 / =refund on side i was happy i got more refund, but when again i called helpline no to enquire about this amount difference by chance again my call attended by sadakat ali he told me that airline had given more refund that's why i got extra refund, i was very annoyed on this i told him as from last more then month i am enquiring about my maximum refund how i could get benefit but now you are telling false to me that as sadakat ali told false that we guide to customers to approach airlines for cancellation as they could give benefit but nobody had ever guided me this you can hear my recording as i called from my no [protected] in which no body has ever guide to me like this, as company is charging there convince fees for giving us service it's there duty to give us maximum benefit as i am not giving request for cancellation on last moment as i am approaching company helpline no from more then month before, i am only got very much disappointed as i knew before to approach airline direct for cancellation request i may have got maximum refund, really very much disappointed of service by company staff how they guide there customers, hope you may take some action and give me justice

                          Today i booked ticket from hyderabad to delhi, but your system booked from delhi to hyderabad, perhaps by picking data from my last flight from delhi to hyderabad. Because all the data regarding names, email and mobile no. Emerged automatically. Trusting your system i continued with the booking.
                          When my ticket was confined on my mobile no. I found that it is from delhi to hyderabad instead of from hyderabad to delhi. How can this happen. When i contacted your customer care i was told that they can no do anything and it is my fault.
                          Of course it is my fault that i booked from your site trusting it and now i am being given a cold shoulder.
                          I am a frequent flyer and travel four to five times in a month. We have 2400 branch with a staff of 25000. My experience with your company is not good. I always book myself and have never been treated like this. I feel being cheated by a reputed company like yours.
                          You are requested to kindly make necessary corrections so that i am not made to suffer because of defect in your system.

                            Easemytrip is the biggest cheat and fraud i have ever dealt with. I booked ticket id - emt[protected]Operated by united airlines) from newark to new delhi for may 24th. United cancelled the flight later since airspace over pakistan was closed. United refunded the money to @easemytrip, but now easemytrip is not refunding the money back to me.
                            I contacted united airlines and they told they have already refunded the money back to easemytrip and following is the proof from united:
                            1. On 05/14/19 united refunded the money to easemytrip via refund # [protected].
                            2. On may 28, 2019 united refunded some additional charges via refund #
                            Bsp # [protected]
                            Bsp # [protected]

                            When i cced united customer care in the email along with easemytrip in the escalation email, easemytrip agents are removing the cced email o[censored]nited customer care silently.

                            Clearly easemytrip is a cheat. Even after repeated phone calls and emails, their latest response is - that 'they haven't received any money from united', even though united already gave the proof that they have submitted the refund.

                            Easemytrip is a looter. It was a super big amount for me (Rs 1, 17, 784) and it has caused me so much tension and anxiety. They did not refunded back a single penny.

                            I want to put easemytrip to court and put legal action against them. Shame on greedy, fraud, cheats! I would advise every customer to stay away from their cheat service and save your self your hard earned money.

                              Clearly easemytrip is a cheat. Even after repeated phone calls and emails, their latest response is - that 'they haven't received any money from united', even though united already gave the proof that they have submitted the refund.

                              Easemytrip is a looter. It was a super big amount for me (Rs 1, 17, 784) and it has caused me so much tension and anxiety. They did not refunded back a single penny.

                              I want to put easemytrip to court and put legal action against them. Shame on greedy, fraud, cheats! I would advise every customer to stay away from their cheat service and save your self your hard earned money.

                                I had booked ticket through easemytrip on 7th april, 19 jetairways mum to dxb (Dubai) for travel date 9th june, 19. But jetairways cancelled the operations and so i cancelled the ticket on 18th april. But till date i have not received the refund yet. Initially after jetairways shut operations refunds were getting processed and even iata was processing refund as per news articles. But due to improper follow up from easemytrip my refund just got delayed. Now they are just replying that jetairways didn't send yet refund money, but when i am contacting jetairways they are sayng easemytrip will refund you. Whereas on same time other online sites like makemytrip, yatra.com has refunded money. I i have booked ticket with easemytrip so they should take responsibility and pay my money. But they are just running away from this.

                                  I have booked flight ticket with insurance at emt portal, now when i want to cancel my tickets they are saying me that i wont get any refund for same.
                                  As insurance is only for accidental insurance and incase of mishappening. While booking only i have clearly seen that the cancellation charges are taken for full repayment incase if i want to cancel the ticket.
                                  But now these guys are just saying no to me. Infact they were not ready to help me with details as well and then when i argued with them then they said i need to call insurance customer care no. For that we have to be on call for more then half an hour. And in this case neither emt not the insurance people are ready to update us the amount. That in case if i cancel the ticket how much i will get refund. They said it depends you may get some or half the payment. Nobody was ready to take the responsibility. Later i have cancelled my tickets and bear the loss of full amount of rs. 15, 000/- is this is how they provide us service. Am just not happy with their service. They are just cheating around.

                                    I have booked flight tickets from emt for air asia with insurance and now when i want to reschedule my flight then they are saying we cant do the changes. Am ready to bear the extra charges of 2500/- plus rate difference but they are saying that air asia system is not accepting their payments. And when i called up air asia customer care for the changes they are saying that the changes can be done by the agents only as we didi booking through agents emt. Am just feeling helpless now what to do and whom should i complaint for same. Emt is just not ready to help me. I need full refund of my tickets if you cant do changes.

                                      I booked a ticket through them and after booking as i didnt get the tickets, i called them asking for the PNR, they told me that the status is pending and call us after 20 mins. I called gthem again after 20 mins and at that time they asked me about the DOB for the passenger. They didnt ask anything in the first phone conversation and when after i provided them my dob, they again asked for 15 mins. and after 15 min when i called them they said that sir now the fare has increased and you have to pay extra for the booking..
                                      this is not my fault if the fare has increased. they could have asked me about the details (DOB) during the first call only which they didnt and after an hour and a half was completed, they just said that the fare has increased now..

                                        I have booked international flight tickets on easemytrip.com to travel from hyderabad to london on srilankan airlines with amount of 1, 50, 222 inr. They have rejected the ticket after deducting that amount saying the fare has increased. After talking to them thrice i was not given convincing response. And the email mentioned that amount would be refunded automatically. Its been 24 hours that i didnt get any refund. And therefore couldnt book another flight.
