At the time of booking of flight ticket for my self and family, from the said website for route ixr to del i.e from Ranchi to Delhi for Air Asia flight, I had pre booked seats for which amount was charged from me by the website. But at the time of web check in, airlines allotted me new set of seats. When contacted, Air Asia denied receiving any information and charges in lieu of the same from the website. My one number is GUUSQD. Seats pre-booked were 15 D/E/F and 16 E/F, which has now been converted to 22F and 23 C/D/E/F

      I had bboked a travel ticket for my family through you of jet airways. The flight is cancelled and as per jet airways travel agent need to raise the refund request. After my repeated mail and clarifiaction mail which i arranged from the jet airways for easemytrip they are not agreeing for refund and everytime marking me a mail that i have to file for refund directly to jet airways. Jet airways had denied me entertaining me directly as the ticket is booked through ageent.

      Pls tell who is responsible. I need my full refund.

      Nobody sees your booking id EMT56530415 and complain of easemytrip 3113337.
      If you do not want to disloce the relevant documents in full,
      you can hire a lawyer or a legal professional for the cost of Rs 6000 .

      The legal professional can lodge the complaint on your behalf in the ditrict court aiming to get the judgemnt in your favour.

        I have booked air travel tickets with easemytrip and my booking id emt52948061

        Easemytrip issued me tickets of two arilines air france and delta (Return).

        Air france /delta - pnr: vzcz7r ticket number:[protected]/1/1
        Mumbai vancouver on 01-may-2019
        New york - mumbai on 27-may-2019

        Jet airways is operating air france flight af6793 from mumbai to paris and now they have stopped operations from mumbai, under these circumstances i contacted air france and they replied back that easemytrip which is the booking agency will handle alternative options. When i contacted easemytrip they are informing me air france will handle this problem.

        I need to get this resolved before 01st may 2019 which the day of my travel.
        I have attached copies air france reply and my ticket issued by travel agency easemytrip.

          1. I booked my round trip flight (Official tour) from mumbai-jaipur-mumbai from easemytrip website. Departure date from mumbai to jaipur was 17.03.2019 and from jaipur to mumbai was 18.03.2019.
          2. Mumbai to jaipur flight was very smooth. However jet airways (9 w-2417, pnr: dedinz, dated:18.03.2019, time: 9:15pm) flight was abruptly cancelled by the airlines.
          3. Neither sms/mail was sent nor call was made (Violation of dgca rule :car, section 3, series m, part iv). We called jet airways and easemytrip many times on 18.03.2019. But was not picked by them.
          4. I, along with one of my colleague (Pnr:pjbdjm) having same round trip ticket, reached the airport and got the cancellation information from jet airways representative.

          5. No alternate flight was provided, not even on second day.

          6. No facilities at airport was extended to us neither were we informed about any such facilities by the airlines, which again is violation of dgca rule :car, section 3, series m, part iv.
          7. I have called easemytrip customer care. They denied any alternate arrangement on the same day and the next day. They conveyed that, it's the responsibility of airlines to intimate passengers about cancellations and provide alternative options. On my inquiry, same was conveyed to me on 18.03.2019.
          7. I had to report on official duty on very next day.

          8. I along with my colleague had no option but to book only available indigo flight no: 6e-394 pnr no: ohc2vw on 19th march, 2019 at 05.25 pm at exorbitant price of rs.23500/- (Per person).
          Hence i request easemytrip to refund me the amount of rs. 15505 being the difference between the new flight booked @ rs. 23500 and the amount of jetairways flight of rs 7997.

          Further i request you to compensate me for the trouble i had faced at jaipur due to flight cancelled as i was not provided any accomodation or any alternative flights.

          I want you to take necessary action on urgent basis

            On sunday, 17 feb 2019 i booked ticket for my visit to jaipur from mumbai with jet airways through the easemytrip.com website and i paid the full fare of rs. 10974.00. Now when i called the customer care of easemytrip on 18th march as i was unable to trace the pnr, to our shock the jet airways has cancelled the flight without stating any reason without alternate flight arrangements, a full refund has been requested. As i lost 1 complete month, the new fare is almost double as i paid rs. 20646.00 because all the other arrangements has been already made for this travel and i cant cancel at the last moment. I have attached 3 files for your reference and review.

            May i request your help in getting the refund of excess amount paid back asap.

            No one legal professinal can conclude, are you eligibale and, if you are eligible, what the amount is without:-

            1. e-ticket in full,
            2. Notice of the cancellation in full.

            The easiest way; to hire a young legal professinal, not a fat lawyer of 70 years old,
            for small charge of Rs 6000, explain the situation, give all copies of the documents,
            ask him/her, what you are entitled to,
            and if the satisfavtory answer is received,
            pay Rs 6000 plus government fee of Rs 100 or Rs 2000, and
            submit the law suit to the nearest dictrict court in your state / city.

            In ~12 months you ll can be happy with the result, if you expect a resonable compoensation.

              Ease My Trip

              I am here to share my most devastating experience with your airlines till date, which I am forced to bring online unless resolved at the earliest by your team.

              I had booked a flt from bangkok to Amritsar for 24 apr 2019 through easemytrip. However after 5 days of confirmation of booking I received a call regarding the flt being grounded and cancelled for what so ever reasons known to authorities.

              I was being given an alternate route which was not at all fitting in my overall plan. And I was also said that my entire refund will be made within 7 working days. Firstly the airlines should have had courtesy of rescheduling my flt. Not only rescheduling the flt, the spice was incorrigible enough for having not refunded my money even after 11-12 days, that's today(which I term as completely absurd).

              I am being forced to publish this grevience in leading news letters and daily newslines unless my issue is resolved within next 48 hours.

              My trip is starting wef 16 apr 19.

                My jet airways flight cancelled due to its internal issues. Easemytrip didn't bother to inform me about the cancellation. I got to know only after talking to customer care. On raising the issue with customer care they agreed to change airline without extra cost. Customer care asked me to send details in email. But as a response to email, customer care started making all sort of excuses. I want to know if you really take customer problem seriously or just waste their time. If you had not promised me to change airline i had opted other options.
                At some time easemytrip was my favourite booking site but today i feel like it has worst customer care. I am having horrible customer experience.

                  I have booked 2 tickets emt53186953 and emt53186787, for the return ticket on 6th may from lucknow to bangalore, jet airways rescheduled my flight with mismatch in timing and when i enquired they informed that i am eligible for full refund due to the timing mismatch.

                  Accordingly i raised a full refund cancellation request with easemytrip on 31st march and till now i have not received my refund. When i contacted easemytrip they told me that they have raised the request with jet airways for the refund, but when i contacted jet airways they informed me that they have not received any request from easemytrip for full refund claim.

                  You are saying that you are regularly following up with the JetAirways on the Refund Application approval, but when I called the Jet Airways customer care yesterday, they told me that they have not received any refund request from easemytrip.

                    I booked a ticket for me and my wife for a round trip 'ahmedabad - delhi - ahmedabad' with booking id: emt54441882.

                    I paid inr 440/- for meal from both the flights but it was very embarrassing when crew informed me that pre - booked meal is not reflecting on my ticket. This way it will be difficult to continue with easemytrip.

                    Kindly address and resolve the issue and refund the amount to be claimed from my next booking.

                    I booked flight tickets mumbai-Denpasar and return. My middle name needed single alphabet change. Airline has no problem, however, EaseMyTrip.com is charging in 1/3 of the ticket price to omit one alphabet.
                    And the response time from the support is lagged and way useless.

                      On 30 march 2019 around 8 pm i have booked a ticket online via easmytrip.com from dublin to manchester, date of journey being 8/06/2019 by aer lingus flight ei -3326. 4 adults
                      I received a ticket saying booking pending although the amount of rs.26496 was deducted.
                      On query via e-mail and telephone for the ticket status easemytrip.com replied "the following itinerary has been rejected due to technical proboem of payemnet gateway. Your amount would be refunded automatically." further they promised to get the amount credited.
                      But till date the amount has been credited to my bank account.

                        I had booked a round trip via emt in february 2019 to travel from delhi to mumbai and back. My travel dates were 21st-24th march 2019 and both flights were that of jet airways. After jet airways cancelled my delhi to mumbai flight, i was explicitly promised a full refund of the round trip tickets (With zero cancellation charges) by emt but they later refused to do so. Not only was i forced to pay very high cancellation charges later, but i also had to book alternative flights in the nick of time, which again led to me paying exorbitant fees. The information provided by them was often misleading and wrong and i am utterly disappointed in their service. Emt should refund all the money for my unused tickets.

                        The detailed description of the incident is as follows:

                        First, the airline (Jet airways) cancelled my delhi mumbai flight and emt neither gave me a heads up regarding the same, nor tried to contact me in any possible way. I only discovered about the cancellation on my own two days before i was supposed to fly. What kind of travel agent are they really if they cannot even send me an email update regarding the cancelled status of my flight?

                        Secondly, when i contacted the emt customer care regarding the cancellation, they gave me completely wrong and misleading information regarding the issue of cancellation and refund. I was told that (A) i would not be allowed to partially cancel (For 3 out of 4 passengers) my return tickets because they were under the same booking id (B) i would get full refund (Proof attached) on both of my flights since it was a round trip of which the first flight was cancelled by the airline and also because i had not willingly initiated a cancellation for a personal reason. The emt executive i talked to was so sure about the refund that at no point during the conversation was i even given an option to reschedule my flights, as was being offered by jet airways to many of its customers. The customer care executives were not only ill-informed but also ill-coordinated among each other and every time i tried to get a status update on my refund, i was asked to place a new request.

                        It was only on their assurance of a full refund, that i ended up booking expensive new tickets (Rs. 7219 + rs. 5372 = rs. 12, 591 for round trip of one passenger) for the purpose of my travel, one day before my trip, which escalated my losses even further.

                        On 24th march 2019, i found out that emt hadn't actually cancelled my tickets and i was therefore forced to go through the normal cancellation route because of which a hefty cancellation fees of rs. 11, 775 was imposed on me. Again, the customer care refused to take any responsibility and kept asking me to contact the airline even though the airline had made it absolutely clear that all bookings via the travel agent were the travel agent's responsibility.

                        Emt was fully aware of the fact that i had booked a round trip and therefore it is emt's sole responsibility to make sure that i get fully refunded for my unused tickets. However, so far, they have refused to take ownership and have misled me throughout the process.

                          I have booked jet airways flight on 25th March. As a mediator between customer and airline it is your responsibility to inform that the flight has been cancelled. Rather in your app I can't see any record for booking or cancellation. When I asked airline people they told your mail I'd is not attached so we couldn't contact you. But I have got the ticket confirmation in my mail. Then where is the mistake? Due to you they couldn't contact and I was in airport on 25th March because I was not informed that the flight is been cancelled. And I booked an indigo flight for RS, 4159 now you will pay the amount?? I don't get any refund also. As the airline cancelled the flight, I will get full refund. They have initiated the refund and gave me the receipt, but when I am trying to cancel it using your app you are are only returning 115 RS. Where the amount is 1820 RS Please refund my full amount. I have attached required documents below. Please check and refund ASAP and reply about your irresponsible behavior towards your customer also.

                            I had booked jet airways flight from mumbai to dabolim goa on 12/03/2019 and ticket no was[protected]/1/1 sudhir subhash bhandare and ticket no[protected]/2/1 siddhi sudhir bhandare, flight no 9w-441departing mumbai at 16.55. Flight was cancelled by jet airways. As i had to attend to my duty nex day, i asked them to refund me the amount of rs 7030.00 for 2 tickets booked. I claime refund on your canellation refund sight and cancellation refund no is 515253. And you have processed refund of rs 380.00 only as against full refund eligible to me since i have not cancelled flight but jet airways cancelled the flight. They have given me refund order also whch they asked me to claim refund from you, i am attaching herewith scanned copied of refund order from jet airways. Pl refund me the full amount

                              It is with great regret i would like to inform you that inspite of my repeated reminders for the refund of my money, i am not getting proper response.

                              The customer care people are not at all trained to handle the issue and every time they send us the same repeated response.

                              I am not begging, i am asking for my money, which is refunded to easemytrip by jetairways fully and your company is denying to refund the amount. It’s sad that your company is making money fraudently and earning your bread butter on our hard earned money.

                              I expect some response from you being ceo of the company unlike your customer care people who fail to understand the complaint most of the time. I am a regular user of easemytrip for my travel needs, but this is a bitter experience.

                              Kindly look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.

                                I booked a ticket for an international flight and due to personal circumstances, i cancelled the ticket in the month of october 2018. I called several times to the ease my trip support team, gave them all information and supporting documents. First, they asked me to wait for a month, then they asked me to wait for 3 more months, and then again for 1 month. Still, i haven't received m refund amount. I am only getting false promises from ease my trip. I am really frustrated.

                                  Today(11.03.19)around 6 :30 pm I, Nancy Nikita Samad, tried to book a round trip flight between delhi and hyderabad. The money got deducted from the account but the ticket booking status showed unsuccessful response.
                                  I need to get my tickets ASAP. Please look into the matter as soon as possible and get my money refunded back....

                                  Hi i had booked my return flight of hyderabad to ndola (Zambia) with booking id : emt54643273 and i had requested for cancellation of my return journey from ndola to hyderabad on 22nd feb 2019 through both customer care and email support. But upto now they had not cancelled my ticket and had not refunded my money.
                                  Please help me with this complaint as i want my hard earn money back.

                                    This is in reference to my booking number EMT53795613, I had booked a flight from Mahe to Mumbai via Abu Dhabi on 29th November 2018.

                                    Few days later, I received a message from the airline stating that the second leg of the flight I.e Abu Dhabi to Mumbai has been rescheduled from its earlier departure time of 8:15 am on 23rd February 2019 to 2:15 pm on 23rd February 2019. Since the reschedule was causing a layover of more than 6 hours, I checked with the airline (Jet airways) for booking an alternate flight for both the passengers. They confirmed that I’m eligible for the alternate flight booking with no additional charges but that can only be done by the travel agency (I.e easemytrip) via which I’ve made the booking. I checked with your team and after rounds of discussion, your team booked me an alternate flight and shared the updated ticket (refer attachments for the ticket and the correspondence). The updated flight was a direct flight from Mahe to mumbai scheduled to depart at 10:25 pm from Mahe and reach mumbai at 4:30 am on 23rd February.

                                    Now, yesterday I.e on 22nd February, we planned our journey as per the updated itinerary to take the flight scheduled around 10:25 pm and reached Mahe airport around 7 pm. On contacting the ground staff for our boarding passes, we got to know that our names are not present in the flight details scheduled for 10:25 pm, instead they are present in the flight scheduled for 8:20 pm (original flight). We had also discussed the matter with the airport head in Seychelles but because of absence of our names in the flight per the updated itinerary, they told us to travel As per the original flight plan (scheduled at 8:20 pm).

                                    On reaching Abu Dhabi on 23rd February around 1 am, we contacted Etihad transfer help desk and they told us that the original ticket stands valid and there has been no update made to it, the ticket issued by the travel agency with the updated itinerary is just a document, there is no corresponding change reflected in the system. And we were supposed to travel from Abu Dhabi to mumbai in the flight scheduled for 2:15 pm with a layover of more than 13 hours. And since the ticket was booked via the agency, they could not help us in providing the accommodation or booking an alternate flight. We tried reaching out to your emergency contact whatsapp number but the situation couldn’t be resolved. The only flight available between then and 2:15 pm was a flight scheduled for mumbai at 3:35 am on 23rd February. We had to book a new flight from Abu Dhabi to mumbai in this particular flight by paying an amount of about 1006 AED (refer attachment for details).

                                    Now the issues that we have are:

                                    1. Firstly, we were given misleading information about our flight on mail. Would like to understand how can a travel company like yours make a mistake like this and how the corresponding compensation can be made.
                                    2. Secondly, we were stuck in a different country because of the mistake done by your team, would like to talk to the management which handles the easemytrip group. Please share the contact details.

                                    I would want an immediate response to it with the full refund of my booking amount and the necessary compensation for providing misleading information by sharing incomplete/non-booked tickets. I am prepared to take this case for a legal action, if required.

                                    Looking forward to hearing from you at the earliest.

                                    We would like to inform you that we do provide the alternate flight option which has been given by the airlines and hence you were not okay with the timing of the same and hence requested for a full refund and for which RA (refund application) has been raised and it will be approved by the airlines and the same will be credited then.

                                      My ticket has been cancelled unexpectedly and without notifying. As I am entering details with flight status " no PNR booking" is coming. Even Jet airways airline has not notified me about it.i would like to bring to your notice that if a flight gets cancelled the designated booking portal arrange for another flight on the same day or before. therefore I request you to please book me another flight as it is a festive season.
